• Alice (7/5): Overall was ok. - Easy check in and out. Apartment is on level 2, need to carry luggages up 2 flights of narrow stairs. No elevators. Was offered on WA call few days before check in that could top up for a fraction of price for early check in , but was cancelled due to non availability. Convenient location ,Just few minutes walk from paddington station with many eateries nearby and a convenient store right outside apartment. Apartment itself has 2 level. Level 1 Living, kitchen , 1 toilet with shower Level 2, 3 bedrooms & 1 toilet with bathtub. One of the bedroom is Very spacious . Wifi is ok. Apartment looks very tired.
• Jack (1/5): Obvious drug use and not clean- avoid - The property was in a central location and we booked when it was first listed. On reviewing a number of reviews that weren’t live when we booked. We contacted booking.com and the property to see if we could cancel well ahead of time as it was clear the property wasn’t as advertised through the many poor reviewed. The property owner contacted us and blamed a bad management company they no longer used and put my mind at rest assuring everything would be as advertised. On arriving at the property the general shared areas are in bad condition and extremely dirty. I opened the door to the flat and was overwhelmed by the smell of freshly smoked cannabis. The flat hadn’t been properly cleaned and is in a state of poor condition as the other reviews. There was blood stains on the floor, generally first and evidence of drug use through drug ‘baggies’ and ‘blunt’ wrap packets. They instructed a cleaner to review to make us stay however the cleaner agreed that the condition of the flat wasn’t habitable. They used a febreeze product and tried convincing us that it was now clean. We didn’t stay and the host has been nothing but unresponsive, unprofessional and we are yet to have any refund beyond a good will gesture from booking.com who have been as helpful as possible. This is a commercial property with incorrect fire escape procedures, no pat treating to electrical good and cracked ceramic floors. Do not be convinced by the owners they are running a scam property and booking.com should delist this property. We did not stay and had to incur the cost of another property last minute in the area- which was impeccable.
• Ian (9/5): Accommodation very nice. - Very nice and well located. The only down side was the noise from the trains.
• Joni (3/5): Poor - It’s clean, and the bedding is clean. The shower does not work very well. I wouldn’t class it as luxury… It’s quite cold, the front door does not lock very well. The fridge freezes food, does not keep it cool. Freezes it.

• Leon (1/5): Worst one ever - Was nothing like the pictures fire alarm playing up making loads of noise, trains kept us awake all night, needs triple glazed windows to keep the noise out , no privacy glass in the toilet, the outside could look in and see us using the toilet not cool

In Paddington - Hyde Park is 1km away. - Near to Paddington station, available at short notice and with very good comms from owner/ agent via WhatsApp. Extremely noisy as tube trains immediately below on side of building and Praed Street on other. Needs a deep clean. Broken tiles and chips to sanitary ware in bathroom. No bulbs in sitting room or bedroom lamps.

• Faye (3/5): Central location but very disappointing apartment - Location was good but also very noisy inside the apartment. The apartment is in desperate need of renovation. Everything was unfinished and dirty, eventhough it was cleaned before our arrival. Especially the bathroom was broken and smelled of cigarettes. The (bed)rooms were very noisy so sleeping without earplugs was not possible. See the review of Francesco for a more elaborate review. Maybe after renovations it would be better but for now definitely no recommendation.

It was exceptionally clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everything we needed. Adel was a great host—very responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home here and will definitely book this property again the next time we're in town. Highly recommend! Everything exceeded our expectations
• Melanie (1/5): Worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. - Location is about the only thing to like One of the so called beds is a blow up mattress, towels had stains all over them, some windows didn’t lock or open, stifling hot upstairs we couldn’t sleep, pots, pans and cutlery were dirty, broken tiles in the bathroom, 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper for 6 people across 3 days, the host was great at replying to our messages up until we arrived. We wanted to move to another location as our family was so uncomfortable especially after paying so much money for one of us to have to sleep on a blow up mattress. They had a phone conversation with us and made everything about themselves, how do you think my family felt after travelling all the way from Australia. After saying they would partially refund our money we have since had no response to any of our messages. Avoid staying here at all cost. Ruined our time in London.
