Luo (1/5): Our stay was disappointing due to limited hot water and a power outage that severely disrupted our trip. - Good local with elevators This place is definitely not as new as it looks in the photos; it’s quite old. Although it has two beds and can accommodate up to four people, it’s absolutely not a good choice for four people because there isn’t enough hot water for everyone to shower. The three of us stayed here and limited ourselves to five minutes per shower, and even then, the hot water was just barely enough. On one night, two of us needed to wash our hair, and the second person had to use cold water to finish because the hot water ran out. This was during winter, and after washing hair with cold water, the power in the room tripped while we were blow-drying. It happened in the middle of the night, so we couldn’t contact staff. The electric panel inside the room showed the switch was still “on,” but no matter how we tried turning it off and back on, the electricity wouldn’t come back. In the end, the third person had to go to bed with wet hair. The worst part was that we couldn’t charge our phones. Since we were only staying in Milan for two days, our itinerary was very tight. We had to leave before staff could resolve the issue, which meant we went out with undercharged phones. At the beautiful attractions, we couldn’t take photos, and we almost got lost in an unfamiliar place because we had no battery left. We ended up having to spend an hour at the Apple Store to charge our phones before continuing with our plans. You could say that our trip to Milan was completely ruined by this power outage. Thankfully, staff fixed the issue later that night so we could return to pack, charge our devices, and rush to catch our flight.
Ahmed (8/5): It was good in general. However if the owner can facilitate self check in it will be better - The location was very good I didn’t know that I have to fill in check in from before arrival. So I had to wait for 2 hours to check in.
Rasooli (1/5): Not worth the value - Unprofessional staff. Not welling to help at all. Rude and unprofessional staff, no understanding and disrespectful.
Rebecca (9/5): Great Location, would highly recommend - Great location, only 5 mins walk to the Duomo. Very fresh and clean apartment with everything you could need. Good communication. Would highly recommend!
