- Vidal (9/5): Très bon choix - Le design et l’emplacement Au prix du petit déjeuner, j’ai commandé un double expresso qui est arrivé au bout d’une demi-heure, froid, et qui m’a été compté en supplément avec un prix exorbitant. Par ailleurs, j’ai découvert en recevant ma facture un pourboire systématique !!! Après réclamation, il a été retiré. J’aurais simplement aimé que cela me soit signalé en arrivant.!!

- Maren (8/5): Zeer comfortabel hotel met goede faciliteiten, op een toplocatie en vriendelijk personeel. - De locatie, het bed en beddengoed, liftsysteem. We waren in een kamer geplaatst met uitzicht op de inwendige gesloten binnenpatio, waarbij je in allerlei andere kamers keek. Dat gaf ons een zeer beklemmend gevoel. Gelukkig kon de receptie na ons verzoek een geüpgraded kamer met uitzicht op de straat voor ons regelen. De kamer en de badkamer waren zeer comfortabel, alleen de wastafel was heel laag. Maar dat was niet heel erg.

The room feels a little confine, a little claustrophobic feel. But if you only return to your room to sleep, there should be no problem. Nice, clean room. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

- Thomson (8/5): Overnight stay - The hotel is situated in Marylebone and very close to Oxford street , central for eating out shopping and sightseeing, you can walk from the hotel to Regent street which will take you on to Piccadilly circus, it was next to Bond street tube station we enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the hotel Italian restaurant Lavo where we also had a delicious breakfast the following morning Our room sadly had no view, so we kept the curtains closed... it was an easy access room for a visitor who maybe needed a wheelchair or another disability, we did not require this type of room and felt it did not match our expectations as we had stayed here previously and enjoyed a luxurious room with a view

- Lenie (9/5): Betaalbare luxe in hartje Londen. - Heel mooi hotel, goed ontbijt. Alleen werd ons gevraagd bij het uitchecken of we nog een tip wilden geven voor het personeel.Dit vonden we naar Europese normen ongebruikelijk.
- Ghada (1/5): - Location only - the staff are untrained - they forgot to clean the room for 24 hours and my stay only for 3 nights mentioned that the turn over is not enough and miss communication happened between the staff - very expensive for such services provided - their employees obviously in harry they knocking doors ( with do not disturb sign) at 10:30 a.m to ask when you will check out despite of their policy the check out at 12 pm. - unfortunately they rounded my vacation for their unprofessional behaviors.

- Martine (7/5): Et hotell med god beliggenhet og hyggelig personale, men denne gangen ble opplevelsen noe mer skuffende enn tidligere op - God frokost, veldig bra beliggenhet og hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Veldig fint hotell Laderen på rommet fungerte ikke, og belysningen opplevdes som litt dårlig. Det var også støy fra vasken – dette ble fikset på kvelden, men lyden kom tilbake igjen på morgenen. Jeg hadde på forhånd spurt om mulighet for rom med hyggelig utsikt. Selv om jeg fikk beskjed om at ønsket var notert, ble det likevel skuffende å få et rom med utsikt rett mot andre rom på hotellet. Vi var også to personer og hadde etterspurt tote bag, men denne var ikke tilgjengelig.

- Um.Jaber (10/5): Exceeded expectations - The hotel is beautiful in every way: location, cleanliness, and staff, room, although I disapproved of the fact that the entrance to the room leads first to the dressing room and bathroom, then to the bed, it doesn't matter as it's a nice thing to do, Breakfast is small and somewhat varied, but it serves its purpose. Bathroom without a bidet

I like room service, and how clean they are, high speed Internet Room size fair enough, bed, pillows so comfortable. Bathroom big enough. The BoTree location is great. Everything is near Highly Recommended, and for sure I will come back again Nothing

- Akram (8/5): Very Good For Couples , Excellent Location, Nice Rooms - +Location is close to oxford st. And Metro station +The hotel is new (2 Years old) and the room is very clean and furniture is new. +They arranged an anniversary gift for us in the room. It was nice from the hotel and staff. +Water and Soft drinks were complementary in the mini bar. - After I confirmed the booking they shared an email that “all our rates are subject to a 5% discretionary accommodation service charge.” And after I contacted booking support and the hotel , they said this is an optional tip for the staff. I have refused to pay while checking out and the staff were understanding. -Prices should be less comparing to room size.

- Sarah (8/5): - Very stylish and lovely rooms We didn’t like being asked if we’d like to pay surcharge while checking out. It wasn’t a cheap hotel plus we’d left money in the room due the maids. Never had that at any hotel before. Felt a bit put on the spot as in lobby.

- Khaled (9/5): جميلة واكيد سأكرر الزيارة - الموقع ممتاز جدا جدا دقيقة من شارع اكسفورد بطوله ووراه ساحة كريستوفر المعروفة بمطاعمها والمايفير امامه بخطوات، وممكن للي يحب المشي يوصل للهارودز والونترلاند بنص ساعة، الفندق راقي وديكوراته حديثة وراقية والامن عالي الصعود فقط بالبطاقة وموظفين الامن منتشرين داخل وحول الفندق ، الغرف صغيرة لكن يشفع لها تصميمها الحديث انك ماتحس بالضيق
