The service was friendly and very good, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. For the price, it is truly valuable for money—spacious, well-maintained, and much cheaper compared to many other places. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay! -

• Suriati (1/5): Bad - None Everything, especially customer service & owner! Remote batteries are all not functioning. Bidet is not able to be used as water flows all around the hose. Dusty floors. Beds are soo hard and stiff.

• Muhammad (4/5): The house so comfort to stay with family but the host so horrible - I like the house!! So clean and huge. Comfort for my family to stay 4days 3 nights. If not because of the host I would like to recommend this house to others and will repeat again. All the rating goes because of the host! So horrible experience! The host didnt even give us instruction how to check in early before check in time!!! Check in time was 3pm but only you can check in at 4pm+ You be like beggar need to call the host and asked how to check in! I did message the host thru booking but they didnt even respons! Even the number given at the booking is not the number of the host! Need to pass another number and waiting again! I even asked the host, why didnt give the information how to check in early. They said already stated, customer need to contact them first! (Which I triple checked at the information stated at the booking, not even mentioned to do like the host said)!!! Thousands of experience check in, never the hotel/host asked the customer to contact the host first!!! Because of this, we cannot check in on time. Imagined with the kids and elderly need to go somewhere else because of this irresponsible host. After check in also, we faced few problems. For 4 days we stayed there, of course we need to handle rubbish in the house during our stay. I contact and call the host they even didnt response at all!! Even after check out the deposit will be refund late! Please bear in mind, the parking that host reserve for this house was tooo far. Not suitable if you bring elderly. If you bring more than 1 car also will cause troublesome since the security there was so strict. Need the qr code everytime you want to enter the premise! Dont tell you stay there as visitor of homestay/airbnb that kinds of since the guard will not allow you enter the premise. Hence you need to park outside of the premise (along the road at your own risk). Just tell the guard you are the visitor of that residents only. Then only you will get the pass of the visitor( bear in mind visitor parking also limited). If you park outside, you need to walk few hundred metres to reach that block A1
