• Harvey (7/5): Nice, clean unit within a good locatiion. - No room for suitcases. The toilet seat was almost detached. Not enough toilet paper.
• Rosie (8/5): Brilliant stay, perfect location, great hosts. - Amazing location. Very reasonable price. Easy and straight forward check in. Spacious. Good off road parking. Hosts were very responsive to messages and requests, checked that we were ok and were very friendly. Kitchen well stocked with cooking and dining equipment. Two things from personal preference, flat was clean but I feel needed a deep clean, there were bits of dust/debris on multiple surfaces. Secondly, the shower screen is not properly sealed and the shower does not have a proper shower head therefore showering caused water to go everywhere. Neither thing ruined our trip and we would definitely recommend and return.
• Lisa (1/5): We didn't stay - Door open. No key. Building smelt of weed. Door wasn't secure. We left and got a hotel instead.
• Aisling (8/5): Very good - The beds were so comfortable. The apartment was really spacious and perfect for a family of five. The location was perfect. Short walk to underground and National Express bus to Stansted and Luton. I have nothing negative to say.
• Larry (9/5): The accommodation overall was excellent. Nice and modern.The location is brilliant. - The location is really excellent - so close to the bustop and to the station. Some more cupboard space in the main lounge area would be helpful. Bin bags would be good for the rubbish to throw in.
• Asif (7/5): Good - The house was clean, had good modern working facilities and was very close to transport links. The WiFi was great. Overall an excellent place to stay for our family. I asked for the sofa bed to be set up but it wasn't. But not really an issue.

• Ipek (9/5): Superb - The apartment is perfect for family or friends. Have everything you need , it is close to underground and bus stations.
• Marie (3/5): Poor - Clean and spacious. Shower in bath. Towels provided. Washing machine in property. Very cold no heating. Wi-Fi was temperamental difficult to connect. had to use my phone hotspot for Tv. Couldn’t find a cloth to wash dishes, and dish washers had water in the bottom of it so I didn’t dare turn it on. I obviously was not emptying properly.
• Bess (3/5): Poor service for price. No one pays all that money for go to a not so clean place and then have to wash and dry linens. - Location The door of the apartment stayed in was difficult to close and no door handle to make it easier. Instructions weren’t clear to access the apartment. Hence, spent about half hour waiting outside to get in contact with the owners to gain access as the number in the email was incorrect. The linens were not clean ones and we had to wash and dry them when we get there. The Wi-Fi was turned off on the second day, no Wi-Fi

• Choudhury (4/5): Good property and location but underwhelming maintenance - The property is big and was stacked up. Location is really good as it's 5 mins away to the tube and bus station. There was a constant pungent smell in the bathroom. The place wasn't very clean when we arrived. The owner did not address or answer my calls or messages when i tried to contact her on a phone number provided by her itself.
