- Manuel (5/5): - The appartment smelled bad, like dampness. The kitchen equipment was dirty. Bathroom looked like nobody cleaned there except the sink. Some windows had mould on the edges inside.
- Claire (10/5): -
- Tommaso (7/5): - Good position Humidity and mold
- Khan (1/5): - Scammed me Didn’t get money back
- Marta (7/5): Muy cómodo y bien ubicado - La ubicación lo mejor. Había leído que el wifi iba mal pero iba perfecto. Muy cómodo para tres personas. La calefacción no llegaba muy bien a la zona de la cama grande
- Rayssa (6/5): Bad - I was in this apartment to do an online test, I chose it because it was close to the place, when I arrived my internet didn't work and neither did the apartment!!! I called the host, sent a message and they didn't solve the problem... how do they rent an apartment without internet!!! I had to do the test somewhere else... I hated it!
- Justyna (6/5): Well equipped place, great location, but please fix the wifi. Then it will be amazing for the price - The amenities in the kitchen and bathroom: coffee pods, tea, milk, shower gels, etc. And kitchen equipment. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a fry-up ;) No wifi, even though we restarted the router, waited, etc. We had to buy extra mobile data to plan our days in London

- Juliet (1/5): Unsafe, Dishonest and Absolutely Disgraceful Host – DO NOT BOOK - Literally nothing, do not stay there. This was without question the worst booking experience I have ever had, and people deserve to be warned. I booked this Regents Park–UCL apartment with balcony at 8 pm for an urgent one-night stay. By 10 pm, I still had not received any code to access the property. Left with no option, I called the host, only to be met with intrusive, unnecessary questions and then a demand for a photo of my ID – something that is absolutely unacceptable and not in line with Booking.com policy.
As a lone woman at night, needing somewhere safe to stay while moving house, I felt completely cornered. I reluctantly sent the ID because I needed a roof over my head. Instead of helping, the host then claimed my address “did not match,” despite me explaining clearly that I had already updated my details on Booking.com. From there, he simply vanished – he ignored at least ten calls, left me stranded outside, crying, exhausted and with nowhere to go.
This behaviour is beyond unprofessional. It is manipulative, unsafe, and utterly disrespectful. No guest should ever be treated like this, let alone put in such a vulnerable situation. I am still waiting for my refund, but more importantly, this host should not be allowed to operate on any platform.
To anyone considering this listing: avoid it at all costs. If you value your safety, your dignity, and basic decency, book literally anywhere else. This man’s conduct was appalling, and I hope this review prevents others from going through the same distressing experience.

- Michał (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location! Excellent point to visit other London areas - fantastic public transportation at hand, parks etc. This is common in London to some extend, in particular in the old town areas, but maybe would be good to leave a window open just to remove the smell of mustiness / stuffiness (there are no vents).
- Zoe (8/5): Ideal budget friendly apartment for exploring London - The apartment was very close to amenities, a 10 min walk from Portland St Tube.
The apartment was well set out, with lots of useful items, the kitchen was well equipped so people staying could make a meal there easily.
The addition of tea/coffee items was helpful as we forgot to get teabags.
Beds were comfortable and bedding and towels were clean and good quality.
It was surprisingly quiet considering it is within a block of apartments and then surrounded by more blocks of apartments.
The cleaner was so lovely, we were just finishing off tidying and packing when she arrived and was very patient and chatty.
The hosts were lovely whenever we communicated, very polite and gave loads of helpful info.
We all really enjoyed our stay here, it was clean, comfortable and ideal for what we needed. Not really a didn't like as there was anything wrong just info for anyone stating in the future.
Use the address given in the message from the owners on where to find the key safe - don't use the address in the advert write up, they are different, we got confused for ages trying to find the place!
The apartment is well loved and is many years old so please don't expect it to be of "The Ritz" level of luxury. It is however well looked after, clean, tidy, comfortable. It was little bits here and there which if you are a really picky person would be an issue but when you look past the age of the building you see how lovely and well kept it is. We certainly enjoyed our stay and had no complaints at all 🙂
- Adski (8/5): Great place with good views - The apartment was clean and neat and helpful instructions were left about how to operate the heating and hot water. Lovely balcony area with views over the garden square It was a little difficult to find the block entrance from the instructions given, but once I was oriented correctly getting the keys and entry was fine. I did get grilled as to why I was staying there, which felt a little weird but then if they have had issues before it it's understandable. However that did leave a taint on the experience.
- Anwesha (1/5): Awful experience - Very Poor and not even maintained with basic standards. Had to leave the property as it was absolutely impossible to stay.
- Laura (7/5): Good location, room needs renovation - Good location, enough space. Clean bad sheets and clean floors. Kitchen equiped with all necessary stuff. The walls were dirty, there were spots on the walls. The courtain in the bathroom and in the kitchen were dirty as well. There was a mold smell when entering the room and mold spots in the bathroom. There was a power generator outside the building, running 24h and making a lot of noise, therefor we couldn't sleep with the windows open during the night and it was wery warm in a couple of nights.
- Pavelsr (6/5): Good location with descent quality of facilities. - Location was excellent and near the Regents park. Specially chosen for ruining in the morning. Everything was really bad quality so looks like as it was renovated 15 years ago or even more.
- Christina (8/5): Perfect for a short trip to town for 3 adults - For us, heading out to the HP studios from Euston station, the location was perfect! but also for any other kind of activity in short walking distance of bus/metro/main train stations, the lovely Regent‘s park close by.
Communication with the hosts was incredibly fast, all questions were answered and check-in as well as check out was smooth and punctual!
Amenities were provided as described (shower gel, some coffee & tea, adapter for charger, hairdryer etc)
Neighborhood was extremely quiet!
The size of the beds for average adults were ok for sharing. Flat shows average amount of nitches and dents, obviously not brand new anymore but overall everything provided as shown on the pictures.
Slight small of humidity when coming back after the day but nothing you couldn’t fix with an open window to get in some breeze
- Natalia (8/5): Very good -
- Eva (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect! The host is very accommodating, equipment absolutely distracting . dust under the heater, a little smell, leaky bedding (but clean )
- Markox1 (5/5): Passable - Quiet location Room needs renovation.
- Julia (10/5): We really had a great time there. The apartment is not new, but has everything we needed. Thank you! - Location is perfect - this is the centre of London and quiet place at the same time. We had a lovely time in the apartment, so we enjoyed every bit of it.
- Jihan (8/5): I will definitely be booking again!!!!! - It is a lovely flat in the heart of London there are several train stations nearby and it’s a 15 minute minute walk from Oxford street. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything. The flat was very nice clean. There are lots of shops nearby which was very convenient. Nothing it was perfect.
