Luiza (1/5): - Não gostei de nada, por um período de 2 horas tentamos entrar no imóvel e não conseguimos. Infelizmente ficamos muito decepcionados, não entramos no imóvel, tivemos problemas com a chave eletrônica, somente depois de 2 horas foi dito para pegarmos a chave na portaria. Já estávamos nos acomodando em um hotel, muita demora para resolver nossa situação. Já comuniquei o booking que queremos o reembolso...
Amira (1/5): DO NOT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY - Location is good Everything was dirty and broken, hairs on the sink, cracked walls, staff were horrible and demand a deposit separately from booking.com which I view as suspicious. There was a power cut despite the building having power, they refused to assist me when nothing in my room worked. The blinds didn’t work either and the electric lock didn’t feel secure at all. Just ridiculous and I completely DO NOT RECOMMEND
