• Selin (3/5): Central spacious apartment - It was very central and spacious. Cleaning staff and host were friendly. Overall the place was nice, spacious, and centrally located. The price was reasonable, but check-in was delayed as the apartment was still being cleaned, with a strong cleaning smell on arrival. TV remote were not present, heating in the living room wasn’t working. Overall, 3/10.

• Richard (9/5): Location, cleanliness, fantastic. All communication from host was perfect. - Location, cleanliness, easy access and short walk to station. Quiet part of town. Great local restaurants and bars. Many thoughtful items for guest use. All good - a fussy person might find issue with any apartments but on holiday this place was just perfect.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - Great location near stores & public transit. Clean & large bedrooms. Overall inside temperature was too hot for our group, but beds were comfortable.
• Eva (9/5): Great stay for business in good location - Great location, close to the river, the old town and the university hospital. More than enough space for 2 people, even has a balcony. Easy check-in and check-out. The pillows were way too big, causing a bit of neck problems.

• Dayavathie (8/5): Comfortable apartment except for the lack of toilet rolls & washing restrictions. - The apartment is marvellous. It is very clean and spotless. It was great to have two bedrooms. Cooking facilities were very good. It would have been good to have a baking tray and a potato peeler. Not enough toilet rolls. Only 2 full toilet rolls and one small used toilet roll was left for three adults for three days. This was not sufficient for our stay. We requested extra toilet rolls which never arrived. While 2 communal washing machines and 2 dryers were available in the ground floor, there were restrictions on the use of them. We arrived on a Sunday but were told we couldn’t wash on a Sunday and couldn’t wash after 7.30pm on any day. We got up early on Monday to wash our clothes but an irate resident told us that she had booked all machines and dryers for the morning. So by the time we finished washing, it was midday. As travellers, we want to get out early to see the sights as we are only in one place for a short time. But we wasted time because of the washing restrictions. The schedule for using these appliances was fully allocated already to the residents who lived in the apartments for the whole month of October 24. So fitting into their schedule was difficult. We selected this apartment because of the facilities but this was a huge negative for us.
• Alwin (9/5): Excellent value for good location - The bed rooms are really spacious, the appartement was very clean. Communication by the host was very clear. Location is excellent: 20 mins from the airport, 10 mins walk to city center, in a quiet area.

• Li (9/5): It was a pleasant stay. The bedsheet smells good and the bed was very comfortable. It is about 7 stops away from Basel m - The property is very clean and the host replied to messages very promptly It is a bit too far from Basel Bahnhoft Sbb but is reachable by tram.
