• Chloe (4/5): Overall, there was a lot of potential to this property but unfortunately did not reach these expectations. - We loved the location of the property and overall layout inside. We were asked to leave keys/wait around for a maintenance guy to come up to the property during our stay. We found this very unprofessional as we should not have to be leaving our keys or letting in maintenance people up to our property during our stay which we have paid for. We found this as a breach to our safety and security, so asked for this maintenance to be rescheduled. The beds were poorly made, as if rushed. One of the dining table chairs were oddly placed in one of the rooms, and one of its legs were broken so was unusable. There was an odd frame in one of the rooms (we assume to have acted as a barrier or door for the second room which had no door), but was also unusable as it was broken. There was a balcony but was unaccessible as there was no key to open it.

Der Gastgeber hat - Die Unterkunft hat einen super großen Balkon, vielleicht könnte man einen Tisch oder Stühle draußen hinstellen, sodass man auch dort den schönen Tag ausklingen lassen könnte.
• Birte (9/5): A great place to explore Sydney from, quiet and clean, and very good service. - It was bright and clean, very tastefully furnished, with all amenities, and close to the train station and bus stops. Communication was great and very quick, and there is visitor parking as well One chair was too wobbly to sit on, everything else was great
