• valor (8/5): It is a great place with a great view that need some rinovation. The fact that building is in renovation should have bee - The location was very good and the views stunning The building was in reconstruction and it was like a labyrinth to reach out , including going through the docks fir trucks to arrive. A bit oldie too.

• Andy (10/5): Huge room with amazing view of Miami bay from the spacious balcony. - Huge room with amazing view of the bay, looking out over the causeway across to Miami Beach and, to the right, cruise ships arriving and departing (bring binoculars!). We loved the big balcony with table and chairs, and enjoyed watching the smaller boats moving around below and the causeway bridge opening to let them through, plus a seaplane arriving at the little island to the left. A big plus were the two bathrooms, both with a hand-held shower in addition to the overhead shower. The bed was comfortable, apart from the pillows being much too firm and bulky. The grocery with take-away food on the ground floor was useful. The pillows were much too firm and bulky. There was some renovation work going on nearby with some drilling. We found the multiple lifts confusing during the renovations, though it got easier once we worked out that floor 8 in one lift was the same as P5 in the other.

• Mary (9/5): We would rent it again. - The views were amazing. We enjoyed looking out daily at the marina below. We could see that it was newly remodeled which made it an added bonus to what is a building built 40 yrs ago.
