Guest Reviews
- Herman (9/5): Superb - Accommodatie/ ligging
- Panteleimon (5/5): Bring your own bedsheets and towels - Very nice location, spacious apartment If you want to stay here you have to bring
Pillowcases
Bed sheets
Towels
Hand soaps
Shampoo and shower gel
Otherwise you have to pay for bed sheets and towels.
You can use the pool and fireplace only if you stay more than one day, I bet it would be like 3+ host was not open on how many days that was. It is a nice place to stay eith a group for couple days it is very spacious. We were informed of the costs of bedsheets at the last moment and we couldn't pack it ourselves to avoid 12eur per bed. Which was eventually per person. So be aware for that.
- Marianna (3/5): Very disappointed & we should have received partial reimbursement - We spent over 30 min trying to get into the property, despite having agreed in advance our arrival time by text (we were visiting the grottos nearby & came in the early eve after the grotto tour). After multiple calls to a mobile & leaving voicemails, we parked and walking around the property we found one of the owners at the stables. The house we rented (grey stone house) had been given, by mistake, to a large group of visitors who were already installed, were cooking dinner, unpacked, using the bedrooms/rooms and smoking at the property. We had no option but to stay in the spartan apartment property rather than the larger and much more attractive house with a terrace that we booked - despite the error being that of the owners we received no apology and repayment (the flat was clearly a much cheaper rental property) - mistakes happen but I would have expected some form of reimbursement given the error (we had no option at that time but to stay the night as we were travelling with two children and the option of insisting on the others leaving wasn't realistic as they had been heavily using the house, had small children and were also stating they were not happy to move.
- William (10/5): A very happy and helpful host. Thank you. - Our host was very helpful. Out booking was short notice, we arrived within two hour of making our booking, but our host welcomed us and made sure that we had everything we required for a comfortable stay. Nothing
- Borghi (7/5): Nice house but with hidden extra charges - The house is big, very comfortable. Although it is not inficated in the publication nor in the reservation, warned shower towels and bed sheets are charged as an extra (€10 per person) (it doesn’t include hand towels), which I consider just unacceptable. There is no access to the washing machine, which can be a problem if you stay several days as we did (no laundry in town either). It would be nice to provide some more information about the area, places to visit, etc.
