No 2 plates, 2 spoons, 2 glasses etc that some other accommodations provide. We could relax in the lounge after a big day exploring. Nothing, just the wind that no one could control

Bed was very comfortable and we are actually thinking about buying the same mattress. Clean and tidy and the fire was excellent on the cooler nights. Shower bay was a little slippery when having a shower. Might be an idea to have some kindling ready for the fire to make starting easier for those that don't have the confidence to chop it themselves (no problem for me as I do it at home anyway)

The reclining chair with foot stool was absolutely brilliant for an afternoon nap ;) Great views to wake up to from the bedroom. The only "complaint" that I would have is that the shower base gets a little slippery when having a shower.

• Susan (10/5): Cosy Bridport Cottage - Great location, great views, quiet, cosy and well equipped. A great little place for a couple and the small cottage has been well thought out and clever use of space. The oversized rain shower was terrific. The pantry staples were good and the complimentary G&T was a lovely touch. This accommodation has a huge garden/lawn attached plus a fire pit area and BBQ. A great little find in Bridport. There are some other properties nearby, but we only saw 1 neighbour briefly and it still felt quiet and private even though the main street is 1 minute drive away! The sunrise views are great. The kitchen stove top takes a little bit of time to heat up, but works well. A knife sharpener might be good to add to the kitchen amenities.

A comfy couch and bed, full size fridge freezer, Weber mini Q bbq, full size stove and oven. washer and dryer and wood heater. Great views out to the ocean. It is small but doable space for 2 people. Only two things that would make it better - full size wine glasses and some hanging space. for clothes.

Your taste in books matched ours. Gin and tonic and ice-creams a real bonus. Ever changing views were exceptional. We have a top-rated holiday rental in Mallacoota (5/5) but we learned a lot from your place. We will recommend highly. A minor comment.... an iron and ironing board plus somewhere to hang clothes would have made your place 11/10. Tip... There may be sufficient space to install a hanging bar next to the dryer?

• Kylie (9/5): I adored this stay, it reminded me me just how grateful I am to be able to travel and relax in such a stunning spot. - The view out the bedroom window is spectacular. The house has everything you need and a little more to make you feel really welcome. The shower is lovely and bathroom big enough. The pillows on the bed are a bit too hard, having a soft pillow layer would be perfect. I worked from the dining table and there was no power point close, I had to move into the bedroom to sit my laptop on charge.
