• NARELLE (7/5): - Flat conveniently located to Kings Cross. Basket of goodies was a lovely touch. Kitchen was well stocked in terms of equipment. These 4 items below were reported by message to owner through booking.com on the first day, but received no response. I reminded via message again at end of stay and at the end of the stay received a message that they would investigate. It was extremely hot during the stay so having workable equipment would have made things better. 1. Ceiling fan in bedroom 2 was not clean and had a lot of fluff accumulated, and it was not cooling even at fast setting. 2. Upright Fan in loungeroom was broken and would not stay upright without holding it up between two stools. 3. Upright fan in bedroom 1 did not oscillate and was loud. 4. Curtain rod fell down on one side ( as it had obviously fallen before and someone had partly put a screw in to try and hold it up). We found the original fittings in a draw, went and purchased the tape and fixed it. Other: toilet seat is too small for the toilet.
• Tracey (8/5): A nice walk from St. Vincent's hospital. - Having a space to sit at the end of the day was a pleasure. It was clean. The beds were really comfy. The bathroom was also really nice. Overall, a really nice place to stay. The place looks dodgy from the outside but was actually really nice. A nice walk from St Vincents Hospital to wind down at the end of the day. Picking up some take away on the way home and a few forgotten essentials was also very helpful. Good transport as well with the train and buses near by. The very unique toilet seat. Tripping over the bikes in the hall outside the apartment door. Would be good to be told about how to turn on lights for going up the stairs at night in the arrival notes. Very hard to get a hold of hosts when issues arose. Also, on the booking.com app, it says the apartment is opposite the St Vincents hospital, which is false advertising.
• Kelly (8/5): Lovely and convenient. - The location was amazing. Very convenient to all major cafes like Pina. Host was very accommodating. Flat very clean with all amenities. Close to transport and easy access to the CBD. Unit a little cold. Could have had better heaters.
