Guest Reviews
- Younger (9/5): Relaxing fresh country air! - Loved the kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and kitchen fireplace. The views, peaceful location are all beautiful too! Also our dog loved his country adventure soooo much! We should have booked two nights and we are not so good on tech but got it to work for the footy!
- HuiLing Lee (10/5): - This is such an amazing place for my family from overseas to experience the country side. The host was great and extremely easy to communicate with. The place was clean and comfortable. My husband had a great time playing on the piano. It is pet friendly which is amazing, sadly our dog wasn't with us but they have everything set up so your pet will have a comfortable stay as well.

- Tzvika C (10/5): Perfect place to spend a wonderful vacation in the Blue Mountains - Perfect place to spend a vacation in the Blue Mountains.
The property is very comfortable, well-equipped, and indulgent.
Katie and Tim are very cooperative and provide excellent service to guests.
The house is large and spacious, with a huge yard and a tennis court where my grandchildren spent many hours.
There are endless attractions and walking trails near the property.
An excellent place – we will definitely return in the future.
Thank you, Katie and Tim,
The Caspi Family

- Suzie (10/5): Beautiful and cosy family home with amazing views. - Wow! We loved everything about our stay in this lovely, spacious family home. It was super well equipped and very comfortable. The views in all directions were fantastic and we loved picking and eating fresh grapefruit from the citrus orchard. stargazing and kangaroo spotting. The hosts were responsive and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend a stay here.
- Caitlin (10/5): 10/10 - Absolutely gorgeous property both outside and in. Had all the amenities you could possibly want. We loved our stay and all said we wished we could have stayed longer! Nothing, it was perfect!
- Maxime (10/5): -
- Angela (10/5): - It was a lovely stay - perfect cozy winter getaway
- Elaine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (9/5): Beautiful house with lots of space and things to do. - There was lots of space, privacy and heaps of kangaroos around the area. The owners were very quick to respond and helpful with any issues we had. The showers were a bit tricky with the taps, it was hard to get the water to a good temperature. There was a picture guide for the taps which made it a bit easier though,
- Dong (9/5): nice and clean, lovely place to stay for a big family or a group of friends - this property has everything we need, spacious, clean. the kitchen is fully equipped, there are a lot of activities for us to do and the area is so big to be explored. we have enjoyed staying there; however, it is too short. We will go back to stay a bit longer next time. shower hot water is a bit hard to adjusted
- Nathalie (9/5): We had an excellent stay here! We saw wild kangaroos! Comfortable home with everything we needed. -
- Margaret (10/5): Family stay - Lovely place for a 3 generation family stay. The property has everything you could possibly need & is exceptionally clean. The tennis court was an added bonus. Everything was perfect.
- Liam (8/5): Fantastic location and comfortable house - A wonderful spot nestled on the rolling hills at the bottom of Mt Victoria.
House was clean and well stocked (especially the kitchen) and offers lots of space to roam and spread out. A few of our party members had some difficulty with the showers - water pressure and fluctuating temperatures were a bit of an issue. I didn’t experience it personally, but one group member mentioned the water became very hot at one or two points and could have been an issue is a young child was in there. We loved the tennis court (though only during the day as we couldn’t find the switch for the lights).
I wasn’t aware that there was a property manager staying in site in a separate dwelling 20-30 metres from the main house. Even so, this wasn’t a problem as we were left alone to enjoy the property. In fact we rarely saw the car come or go - not a bad set up at all.
Rooms were a good size, beds and bedding were clean and comfortable and the peace and quiet was great. We were surprised and a little disappointed by the lack of a barbecue, but we made do with the nice oven and cooktop (and luckily one of our party members had a camping stove in their ute so we could still do some outdoor cooking). Gardens were well kept and great to sit around and soak up the sun. Even in early April it was lovey and warm!
We all enjoyed our weekend away. Thanks for having us!
- Jessica (10/5): Great place to spend time with family and friends - Tim and Katie were lovely hosts. They were very helpful and made sure we knew what was happening around the area with booklets and brochures of places to visit during our stay. It was nice to wake up to the kookaburras singing, the cows mooing during day and the kangaroos visiting the house in the afternoon. The house was very clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. Such a calm, relaxing holiday, would definitely book again as I didn’t want to leave.
- Matthew (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped and perfect for a getaway. Also we loved the tennis court!
- Marcella (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zhao (9/5): Beautiful farm, nice host! - The farm is big, the view in the back is beautiful, and there is a a bonus tennis court. The house has everything we need. We (including the dog) really enjoyed our time here.
The host is easy to reach to by text and very responsive. They helped me locate our missing earphone after check outs and kindly offered to post the items back to me.
I will definitely recommend this place.
- Puja (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location and property. Well equipped with all the necessities. Great option for a relaxing holiday.
- Kannan (9/5): Best place to relax - Very calm and serene location. Well maintained property and Tim was an awesome host. Nothing much.
- Almond (10/5): Unforgettable - The property was absolutely beautiful and the location was fantastic. The hosts were so lovely and so helpful. They made sure everything was so easy and straightforward and our group had a fantastic experience. Absolutely nothing
- Angie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruma (9/5): Would definitely recommend for a family and their pet! - Loved the location and house and the host was very friendly. The house was very spacious for 4 people and a pet.
The media room was amazing and we had a really nice movie night! The grounds were really well maintained and the tennis court was a nice addition. The shower was a bit dated and simple. The mattress in the ensuite master bedroom (the room with the cot) was flat and did not provide for a comfortable sleep.
- Melinda (9/5): We had a wonderful stay! The house is great and the farm is beautiful! - The house is really large, with lots of living areas and a fantastic TV entertainment space. Each lounge and bedroom has a lovely outlook- so relaxing! The kitchen is amazingly well stocked and has everything you could need. The bedrooms are large and super comfy. Everything you need is supplied and the ducted heating makes every room comfortable. A perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family!
- Thi (9/5): It was a comfortable stay which we are happy to return in the future - The property is spacious with a huge game/cinema room with a cozy fireplace. There is even a tennis court but we didn’t have time to play. The kitchen is fully equipped, we had no problems cooking our dinner there. The host was super caring; a month before our stay, they sent a welcome/information pack full of details about the property and activities we could try nearby which was very useful. Not really anything. We wish the hot water could last longer. However, we were a big group and it was in the middle of winter and the property is on solar. I think it will be fine in summer.
- Alison (8/5): Very good - Great house for an evening with friends. Everything you could need for cooking up a feast, and the fire place was well used. Unfortunately we didn't get to see any kangaroos in the morning.
- Zhou (9/5): Superb - Wish we could have stayed more. Really lovely property, peaceful, clean and with great view. Relaxing time with friends by the fire, kids love the tennis court, piano and the cozy media/game room. Although a small tech issue with the ps4.
Tim's been super friendly, responsive and helpful.
Would highly recommendedand will come back again.
- Mirani (10/5): Perfect, beautiful home and an unforgettable stay in everyway. - The location was exactly what we wanted. Quiet, peaceful, serene, great views. The home had everything required for a trouble-free fabulous stay, it was tastefully decorated and even a grand piano was at hand which added to me playing classical music which was enjoyed by our friends.
Sightings of Kangaroos, horses and cattle grazing in the distance made it so calming and soothing to the eyes.
To sum it up, perfect getaway, in a beautiful home and would highly recommend to our friends. We hope to return once again in the future. Wish we stayed a bit longer.
Thank you Katie and Tim Everything was to our liking
- John (1/5): Awful. - Avoided this host. NOT pet friendly. There was dog poison throughout the property despite being advertised as dog friendly. My dog found some on a plate under a bed. Very easy to access. Host then lied about it. Has ignored messages since.
- Joanne (10/5): Excellent Blue Mountain stay - gorgeous view - great for family, kids and dogs - This is a lovely large cottage, set on farmland, with a wonderful view from the back terrace. The night view of the stars was fantastic. It's great for a bigger group (we were 8) and dogs. The kids loved the cinema room and the tennis court. The location was perfect for us as it's in between Scenic World and Jenolan Caves. The owners were extremely responsive to questions and were happy to provide advice & suggestions on the area. They provide a very informative welcome pack. It's a little challenging to get the shower temperature right
- Sweetan (10/5): Thanks much Tim & Katie! Our parents loved this house and this trip was important to us as this could be their last - Right from booking until check out, the experience was very good. The house had everything you’d need to relax and rejuvenate - cozy rooms including an amazing media room with PS4 (that my 10yr old absolutely adored), firepit, bbq, a beautiful piano (absolute hit again), everything in Kitchen, bathrooms. You name it and it is there. The hosts, Tim & Katie went over and beyond to think of every minute detail that a family would need to spend their time in this house! They even had a babycot in the master bed! A wonderful house that gave us the homely feeling! We had a bit of hiccup when using the shower taps until we saw a picture of the tap positions that the hosts had on the bathroom wall! (It was mentioned in the welcome package as well, we just missed it!) That was very thoughtful and we loved the idea of making it easy for the guests incase they do have some trouble getting the right water temperature.
- Catherine (8/5): Comfortable, affordable and peaceful. - The property is close to the mountains, but set on a beautiful, quiet rural land.
The house is extremely well equipped, everything you could want is there for you. It’s very comfortable and has lots of room. There’s an entertainment/games room & a beautiful lounge room with a great view. The owner was super helpful and my family hope to be back. We thought it was great value. Nothing.
- Evan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muzaffar (9/5): Peaceful - Beautiful location in the countryside. Excellent for night sky viewing and drone photography. Kangaroos and a curious echidna were present. House is clean, well maintained and has plenty of amenities. Media room is beautiful as well. A peaceful escape from the city. Nothing. It was excellent.
