• Sophie (10/5): Comfortable, Close to Vencie - Great LA stay! - This place was fantastic! We really loved the location, the views, the rooms, the space and the furniture - for our last destination on our holiday - we all agreed we ended the trip in the best accommodation. It was really spacious without feeling too large, with comfortable beds and lovely furniture, with a lovely balcony overlooking the marina too. It was easy to check in and out, and our hosts were responsive. We initially had a problem with the wifi, but it was resolved very quickly! The instructions could be sent in a short step-by-step message, instead of relying on the check-in video, which was a bit confusing. We would have loved a little guidebook or list of things to do while in LA / in the Marina area as an extra, too. There were also no instructions on how to find the pool / where it was, so we never found it during our stay. Otherwise, a great place to stay, close to Venice but out of the craziness of LA.

• Fares (6/5): Overpriced for what it is, and possibly illegal. - The property location is great. The size is good. Too many conditions on what to do or not to do. Signs on-site banning short-term stays like us from staying in the complex! no tea, coffee, sugar, or even laundry detergent offered. The condition of the place was fairly run down, with one of the taps delivering a very weak stream of water. One of the light sensors is malfunctioning. Fairly worn down kitchen with peeling drawer covers in need of renovation. Overpriced for its condition.
