• Tanya (10/5): Gorgeous, well-planned apartment that met our needs - The apartment was perfect from both a functional and design point of view. It was a quiet haven from the busy city life on its doorstep. The bed was comfortable. Everything looked new and the apartment was clean. It had plenty of natural light coming in. It was lovely to sit on the little balcony. The owner was responsive and extremely kind. There is no doubt that this would be the first place I would choose to stay at if I were to visit Athens again. It would have been nice to have additional place to hang towels. The shower wet the floor of the area near the basin. It would have been nice to have a reading light on both sides of the bed. Not only on one side.
• ΧΑΤΖΗΣΑΒΒΑ (8/5): - Είναι ένα όμορφο διαμέρισμα , ανακαινισμένο!. Κάθεσαι στο μπαλκόνι άνετα , δεν είναι αποπνικτικά γιατί δεν έχει κολλητά πολυκατοικίες. Είναι κοντά στο κέντρο. 5 λεπτά μέχρι το μέτρο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πλ ευγενικός με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει. Ηταν ένα ωραίο διαμέρισμα. Απλά λίγο κρύο , το κλιματιστικό δεν ζέστανε τον χώρο. Ίσως χρειάζεται και ένα ακόμη. Και η κλειδαριά απ' έξω δεν κλειδώνει.
• louloulotte (9/5): Perfekte Lage und trotzdem ruhige Nachbarschaft - Der Gastgeber hat alle Infos zum Self Check-in mit Fotos via Nachricht gut kommuniziert. Somit kann man ohne warten oder zusätzliche Kommunikation direkt in die Unterkunft gelangen. Das Apartment ist genau wie erwartet und liegt perfekt direkt neben dem belebten Viertel. Somit ist man fast direkt drin aber hat eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Alles war sauber. Nichts.
• Roseanna (9/5): Amazing location and newly renovated property - The location is unbeatable! Literally not even a 5 minute walk from amazing bars and restaurants. It’s incredible. The apartment is clearly newly renovated with new amenities and very clean and modern. Can’t fault anything! Only downside is where you collect keys from has ‘tourists go home’ written on the wall… so a little uncomfortable
• martine (9/5): Séjour très agréable dans charmant appartement! - L’appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier très vivant , à proximité de Monastiraki . Le logement est très propre et aménagé avec goût . Parfait pour y séjourner à 2. Et malgré le quartier animé , c’est calme! Facile à trouver grâce aux explications très claires des propriétaires . Un petit bémol pour les parties communes…
• Monique (10/5): Ein Gefühl von "zu Hause" <3 - Wir kamen rein und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment war super sauber - und ich bin hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit sehr picky. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz, auch für unsere 2 großen Koffer, das Bett war sehr bequem und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten: einen guten Föhn (nicht einer dieser typischen Hotel-Föhne, die an der Wand fixiert sind, mit denen man sich permanent verheddert und sich nebenbei die Kopfhaut verbrennt, sondern ein ganz normaler Föhn mit Power), ein Bügeleisen inkl. Mini-Bügelbrett, Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kaffee, diverse andere Küchenutensilien, usw. Außerdem gibt es ein Insektengitter (Schiebetür) an der Balkontür, was auch nicht üblich ist und uns vor unerwünschtem Besuch bewahrt hat. Neben dem Apartment selbst möchte ich noch die Lage hervorheben: wir haben uns bewusst für Psirri / Psyri entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Mittendrin und doch ruhig gelegen. In weniger als einer Minute gelangt man zu tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Kleine Supermärkte sind direkt nebenan und auch die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man entspannt zu Fuß erreichen. Danke auch für die sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Hosts. Wir würden definitiv wieder dieses Appartement, was uns ein Gefühl von "zu Hause" gegeben hat, buchen. Mini-Kritikpunkt: das W-Lan hat nicht besonders gut funktioniert. Uns hat es nicht weiter gestört, aber Leute, die darauf angewiesen sind, könnten Probleme haben.

• manon (10/5): - L'appartement est super bien placé, prêt de tout moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre et il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour. Il est très propre et en super état. Attention à l'ascenseur qui n'est pas en bon état

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - The house is brand new and clean, which made for a very pleasant stay. The decor is modern yet cozy, creating a perfect home-away-from-home atmosphere. Every room is thoughtfully furnished. One of the highlights of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen, which was especially convenient for us as we needed to prepare meals for our small child. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and to drink tea & coffee (nespresso machine). The location of the house is also fantastic. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet it's still conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We found it very easy to get around and explore the area. Kostas (the host) was very helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out and offering great recommendations for things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I look forward to coming back in the future!
