• Cléa (9/5): - Hôtes très sympathiques et arrangeants (je suis arrivée à 2h du matin et il n'y a eu aucun problème pour m'attendre). Le lieu est agréable, calme et bien situé, la chambre était spacieuse. Le nom de l'établissement ne figure pas sur la porte, un peu difficile à trouver lors d'une arrivée de nuit. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.

Le responsable de l'hôtel qui me recommande un taxi qui fait 3 fois le tour du paté de maison avant d'arriver et me fait payer ses tours !!! Je ne lui ai plus demandé de services ensuite !!

• TOSHIO (8/5): 今回、４日間の予定を１週間も滞在しました滞在者に向いています。 - 静かな場所で庭でゆっくり休息が出来ました、朝食もとても素敵な部屋でゆったり食事出来ました。勿論キッチンで好きな料理や電子レンジで食べる事が出来ます。 息子さんのBlasさんが英語話して滞在中は観光やツアーで早く朝食を準備してくれました。 外出時に鍵の開閉が難しい、何度もベルを鳴らして開けて頂きました、鍵穴が広く左右対称で無く何度も慣れると鍵の癖を覚えた。シャワーの水が上手く排気口に流れないので溜まる。
• Marine (7/5): Bon séjour à la casa, malgré les lits pas confortables et la mauvaise surprise d’un taux de charge supérieur à l’officie - L’emplacement et le jardin, qui offrent un moment de pause en plein centre de Salta ! Je recommande ! Les lits dans la chambre dans laquelle nous avons dormi n’étaient pas confortables du tout (chambre avec 2lits séparés). Par ailleurs, note pour les étrangers : l’hôte n’applique pas le taux de change dollars / pesos argentins officiel, mais un taux qu’il lisse sur plusieurs mois pour éviter les fluctuations de l’économie. À savoir donc, ne vous fiez pas à l’estimation de booking, le taux qu’il nous avait appliqué était supérieur.

• Julie (9/5): Un lieu plus que charmant ! - Le charme fou de la maison, avec un jardin d'hiver + un jardin extérieur luxuriant, l'intérieur à l'ancienne mais magnifique. Le propriétaire et son.fils nous ont très bien accueillis, petit déjeuner dans un très beau salon. Emplacement au top. Confort simple (mais cela correspond au mieu). Pas de parking (mais nous le savions).

• Christine (10/5): - loved this place! It’s very calm and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the center. My room with a private bath was spacious, and the antique furniture was beautiful — the same goes for the living room and breakfast area. It truly felt like home, and I was sad to leave. The host was extremely friendly and always prepared breakfast early when I had morning tours. There’s also a lovely cat named Jujuy who adds to the charm. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back one day!

My room flooded during a rainy night, and my luggage got wet. It would have been helpful to know about this issue in advance so I could have kept my things off the floor.

Ils ont accepté de garder nos gros sacs pendant notre voyage alors que nous ne logions pas chez eux en rentrant de Tolar grande. Déjeuner peu diversifié. Quelques œufs auraient ajouté une petite touche de confort supplémentaire.

• Camillo (10/5): Wonderful atmosphere, excellent location - A typical Argentinean house, basic but with everything you need; keep in mind that you won't spend much time in your room in Salta!. The atmosphere is friendly and the hosts are very friendly, helpful and always available. The house is very close to the city center, near the main bus terminal and 25 minutes away from the railway station, the meeting point of the official tren de nubes excursion. Breakfast is in argentinian style , it is possible to ask for early breakfast (very useful, since tours in general starts at 7am). Salta is a wonderful region, with many places to visit. I recommend to stay at least 4 full days. I got a late checkout with a small extra charge. It's a bit of a hassle to open the main door onto the street (but the host leaves there, so you can call him in case of need).

• Lucia (7/5): - Nel complesso mi son trovata bene, la struttura si trova in pieno centro e ha una bella sala comune e un bel giardinetto. La camera era graziosa e pulita e, volendo, c’era una stufetta per le serate più fredde. Il bagno, in comune con la stanza accanto, non è stato pulito tutti i giorni e questo per me è stato un bel problema, primo perché penso che in Sud America, dove non si può buttare la carta igienica nel wc, il cestino debba essere svuotato minimo una volta al giorno, secondo perché purtroppo ho avuto la sfortuna di avere accanto degli ospiti che hanno ridotto il bagno in condizioni pietose e, dopo un’escursione di un giorno intero, son tornata la sera ed era ancora così e tale è rimasto anche il giorno dopo. Questo è un aspetto che deve assolutamente essere curato con maggior attenzione.

• Mike (9/5): Super Salta - The guest house is very close to the central square so it's easy to navigate. David is quite often away on business but his son will fill in in that eventuality. They are both very nice and helpful. The ambience is old fashioned colonial with a mix of age ranges . It's very quiet and there's a nice garden and a lovely little maturing kitten that's very sweet. It's very clean and plenty of hot water is available. The only slight criticism is the breakfast could be slightly more expansive or items rotated although fairly typical for Argentina.

• Ph (10/5): Great place to stay in Salta. - This was an exceptional stay. The lounge are is wonderful. Great breakfast and a wonderful meeting point to meet other guests. Lush if not tropical garden. We had a room in the back, with the garden right at our door and we thought that was wonderful. "La Cara Occulta" has a different sign in the street. The payment procedure was somewhat obscure. Not sure if La Cara Occulta is to blame or if this is an issue with this particular travel agency doing business in Argentina.

• Dominika (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and welcoming staff - they waited for me with a very late check in as I arrived delayed. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Unfortunately I stayed there one night but I’d definitely stayed there longer! Everything was great.

• Peymaneh (5/5): Properly is in an excellent location but the garden room with the shared bathroom was a disappointment! - Location The room in the back of the garden was a converted old garage with a shared bathroom. The bedroom floor wasn’t clean and I had to ask to be cleaned. No mirror or a trash bin in the room. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly. Had to remind the lady to clean the bathroom and also to provide a shower math. Payment was initially taken incorrectly which caused a bit of a confusion. I guess the price was fair for the standard of the room/shared bathroom but at least minimum room requirement is needed when renting a room! It didn’t bother me too much but I would not stay here again. Breakfast was very basic too!

I had become seriously ill. So i had to extend my stay and recover before resuming my journey. I also met some of the other lodgers which was fun.

• Saeko (8/5): Good place to stay for a couple of days in Salta. - The overall place was very nice but our room was a bit too small for a couple. But it was cheap. Breakfast was nice. The manger told us to park the car in front of the hotel and said it is free parking for the guest. Next morning, we were charged by the traffic controller and the manager didn’t help us.

Thought I might meet other people here but sadly didn’t.
