• HH du Pin (7/5): O BOM PODE TORNAR-SE ÓTIMO - Da localização, das instalações do apartamento, do silêncio. (1) O quarto de dormir NÃO CONTAR com aparelho de ar condicionado. (2) O aparelho existente situa-se na sala e a climatização mal chega ao aposento de dormir. (3) Não haver travesseiros de altura média ou baixa: só travesseiro alto. (4) O banheiro NÃO OFERECER SHAMPOO.

• Jean Catanho (10/5): Conforto e qualidade - Já me hospedei em algumas dúzias de lugares diferentes na cidade de São Paulo na última década e posso falar com tranquilidade que essa foi uma das melhores hospedagens que tive. Alguns pontos que se destacaram: - Recepção 24 horas e recepcionistas simpáticos e prestativos; - Temperatura da água do chuveiro e da banheira perfeita; - Sabonete de qualidade (não aquele padrão de hotel) e sabonete líquido para a pia; - FILTRO DE ÁGUA (!!!) Já fiquei em muitos lugares com cozinha que eu tinha que sair pra comprar água o tempo todo durante a estadia. É a primeira vez que encontrei um lugar com um filtro de água e fiquei bem feliz; - Ótima seleção de itens de cozinha, incluindo coisas como sal e pimenta (o que também me poupou de ter que comprar sal no mercado); - Ambiente espaçoso e confortável em todos os cômodos; - Localização ótima; - Internet ótima pra trabalhar e assistir canais de streaming (todos disponíveis na TV); - Atenção e simpatia da limpeza mesmo quando eu estava no apartamento. Definitivamente vou considerar me hospedar aqui de novo em futuras ocasiões. :) Um mínimo detalhe foi que o interfone não estava dando linha, mas não prejudicou a experiência porque ele ainda estava tocando sem problemas. Combinei com a recepção que ao tocar eu desceria imediatamente pra buscar qualquer coisa. Sem dúvida é algo que vai ser resolvido logo :)

• Violeta (7/5): Nice apartment in the safe neighbourhood of Jardim Paulista, a bit outdated but OK for a short stay. - Located is a safe and clean neighbourhood. 24h reception desk and security available. Friendly staff, but speaks Portuguese only. Enough space in the living room, bedroom. Plants inside and at the balcony. Daily cleaning of the apartment. Stable WiFi connection. Restaurants and shops in the area. The bathroom is old, with some mold. The towels were not replaced for the entire stay (4 days). Some tiny aunts in the kitchen. The furniture is a bit shaby, the door to the balcony cannot be locked.

• Simeon (10/5): Can't wait to return - Great location. Able to walk to excellent restaurants and grocery stores. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Property is clean and staff is very helpful.
• Cem (10/5): Amazing - Perfect location in one of the best neighborhoods in SP, the house is spacious and classy, a lot of space for your clothes and shoes, there is a nice quiet balcony, the building has its own security, reception and housekeeping. Very good communication with the owner in English.
