• Sarah (1/5): Created a lot of stress for nothing. We had a long wait for a resolution by booking.com. As we had to get to a concert w - We never got inside it as the owner didn’t send a code to get in. Rough area, and there was a sign on the gate to say that short term rentals such as Airbnb are prohibited.
• Jan (5/5): Convenient flat for one night of you’re attending Abba voyage, however, it is in need of maintenance !! - Convenient location to ABBA Voyage event * The Key box was an unnecessary long way from the building! * One of the bedroom windows doesn’t close & there is no blind! (Read reviews latterly & this has been broken for some time!) * The kitchen & bathroom are in need of updating

• Michael (3/5): Don't go near this place - Great location for ABBA Voyage which is just around the corner. Probably a few minutes walk. If going to AV and stopping for a couple of days I would advise not to stop in Stratford. Stay in London and travel in for the concert. There is no amienities etc in Stratford. Filthy. Kitchen: Filthy cooker hood. Thick with grease. Mugs and cutelry look like they haven't been washed from previous occupiers. Bathroom: Significant cracks on the underside of the bowl of the basin which has had a bodge fix. Shower head does not stop in position so you have to hold it to shower. Taps thick with black mould. Bedroom: Window stuffed with tissue to stop draughts. Blinds broken. Main apartment block: Notice advising that there are rats. The stink of not nice cooked food on the corridor is nauciating. I could go on but by now I think you get the jist by now.

• Debbie (4/5): An anxious stay - It was very close to the venue The keylock was nowhere near the property and the property gate had a sign on it stating that renting out apartments was prohibited. It made us feel anxious that we would be asked to leave.
• Karen (5/5): Honest & Truthful - We were in London for Abba Voyage & the apartment is in an excellent location for this. Lovely view of Canary Wharf. Very close to Abba Arena. On entering, the kitchen is small but workable, the living room is basic but OK & served our needs, the bathroom is functional, the first bedroom past the living room was ok although the door dragged on the floor. However, the 2nd bedroom had our main issues, 1 of the 3 windows had toilet paper stuffed around the window opening & the next window had no blind apart from 1 slat at the top & the window itself would not close so we had a very drafty, noisy & light sleeping experience & the door would not close due to dragging on the floor. This apartment just needs some TLC.

• Kathryn (8/5): Great Find - The location - very good for Abba Voyage and the DLR. The apartment - comfortable, safe and very clean. Bed linen and towels nicely laundered. Fans for heat/cool greatly appreciated. Small amount of pantry essentials a lovely surprise eg tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper etc. along with provided toiletries e.g. shower gel, liquid soap, toilet bleach, washing up liquid. Apartment needs a little attention - window in second bedroom requires repair to stop draughts, enough crockery for four eg glasses, mugs etc.
• Tracey (8/5): It’s ideal location and apartment just a few things need doing but would use again - All close to abba Shower hose didn’t stay up so had to hold and couldn’t find tv remote which I know it’s not the end of the world but would have been nice!!!

• Daniela (6/5): Zum Übernachten ok, zum Wohnen nicht geeignet. - Das ABBA-Voyage Theater liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet, vor allem das Wohnzimmer. Es ist nicht wirklich gemütlich und die ganze Wohnung sehr abgewohnt.

• John (5/5): Could have been great but needs a lot of TLC some mending and a TV putting back in! - Great location close to ABBA Arena and great transport to the whole of London. Rooms large and beds comfortable. Shower head falling off the wall I had to get a screwdriver to mend the bracket so we could shower. Blind broken and one missing completely in one bedroom. Light flooded in so difficult to sleep. One window did not close the properly and was noisy. TV was removed so no TV whatsoever. A dip in the bathroom floor where it felt spongy. No bottle openers and limited cutlery / glasses. Door lock was loose and looked as though it had been broken off previously. We had no contact from "Mary", not sure if it is a made up person. Had to walk a good way down the road to locate the key lock box to let ourselves in which was a bit awkward.

• Christopher (8/5): Great value and location. - great location for Abba Voyage - 5 minutes away and about 20 minutes walk to Stratford for restaurants. Local tesco nearby. Took a while to find the keybox for entry. Once pictures came through was easy to find. Owner was very helpful and replied to texts straight away to assist with finding the keybox. Property had lots of basics on arrival - coffee, tea, tea towels, washing up liquid etc. Nothing, very good value for money. Had booked another apartment months in advance with then just cancelled for no reason with only a few weeks before our trip. Luckily this property was available.

• emma (7/5): Great location and okay for one night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer - Location for ABBA is excellent. Clean and functional - beds very comfortable, towels and water bottles left in fridge is a nice touch. The apartment is getting tired, windows difficult to open and shut- sink in bathroom cracked but been repaired. Lights in kitchen hanging down, bedside cabinet draw broken. Lock on front door loose, shower head has to be held, doors to bedroom difficult to shut.kitchen overhead oven filters need a deep clean.

• Benoit (3/5): Great location for ABBA voyage, BUT……. - Keys were in a lock box a few minutes walk away which was odd but at least they were there. The location to Abba Voyage was the best part of the flat. Window in one bedroom had a broken part and wouldn’t close so on the 8th floor in cold wet conditions, this bedroom was freezing. The window blind was missing too. 2 of our party therefore stayed in a local hotel. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was okay, but the bed settee was very uncomfortable with a large dip so our adult (petite) daughters had little sleep. The flat was clean enough although stray hairs in the shower and empty contact lense cartons left by the bed. There was an iron which would have been great if there had been an ironing board! All in all, we didn’t have high expectations for the reasonably priced apartment , but it disappointed and ended up costing us as much again for a last min hotel room for two of our party. Wouldn’t recommend.,

• Chris (8/5): Only spent one night but overall very comfortable stay,ideal for anyone seeing ABBA Voyage - Spacious and clean,perfect location for ABBA Arena and DLR Nice touch having the video sent to locate the key,great instruction and easy to follow No washing up cloth or tea towel but not a huge problem as only spent 1 night,no tv,again not a problem for us but maybe the above may be considered for anyone staying longer No blind on one of the windows in one bedroom
• Eleanor (6/5): Abba voyage stay strafford - Very close to abba voyage . Host let us check in early. Clean and enough room for everyone. Unfortunately nothing worked in the kitchen( fridge, kettle, toaster etc ) so couldn't store any food or drinks or have a cuppa which wasn't great . Reported to host but wasnt fixed . Although only stayed one night so didn't impact too badly ..
• Hamish (8/5): Very convenient apartment. - Location is perfect for Olympic Park. Abba Voyage obviously but we were going to an event at the Copperbox which is also nearby. Nice balcony when weather is better. Did the job well. A little on the sparse side but that wasn't a problem.

Plenty of room and great to have a fan and plenty of room. Really close to the Arena and very good value for money Very clean and plenty of towels and bed linen Great communication from Mary before and after our stay Some bits could do with updating such as the shower but not an issue for us as still worked fine Saw some scathing reviews before going but this was not our experience Feel that for a very reasonable price it was a great standard
• anne (1/5): We had a terrible stay and it ruined our trip. - The only good thing was the location The accommodation was awful, it was dirty, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the hob filters were filthy, no tea towel provided, they left only one cheap pillow per person, the bed linen was all scrunched up, they only left one small towel per person, the shower head was broken, the shower screen leaked, there was no bath mat, the sink was cracked, the bedroom windows could not be closed so we heard the noisy road all night long, the window blinds were broken, the bedroom doors stuck, no mirror to get dressed by. Host refuses to reply to my complaints. Should not be listed as it’s not only a health and safety concern but completely lazy management - these issues have been reported before and not actioned.
• anne (5/5): 2 bed apartment near Abba Voyage - Proximity to Abba Voyage Double bed was comfortable Had to contact owner as extra beds not made up. Owner assumed 4 people equalled 2 couples. Steep step onto balcony. Balcony floor was very rusty. 2 chairs provided but no table Bathroom floor very soft and uneven as if floorboards are rotting Laminate flooring in bedroom raised when stepping on it which stopped door opening. Strange setup, have to walk a few minutes away to access key lock which is attached to a random set of railings, hidden by bushes. It would be very difficult to find in the dark.

Smell in corridors outside apartment. Dishwasher not used or emptied from before, blind broken & water when showering going cold, but good communication with owner.
• Alison (8/5): Stay was fine for an evening at Abba - The walking distance to ABBA voyage was ideal for us The instructions to check in weren’t very clear, we had to follow up to get the lock box code which is around a 5 min walk away which you have to return also on check out. No TV in the apartment and no instructions for wifi or rubbish/recycling. Towels very small and not enough for 4 people. Damaged bathroom floor, crack in bathroom sink and shower water guard needs replacing

Fantastic location Microwave plug didn’t work. Blinds are useless in bedrooms. Doors to balcony wouldn’t open. Host said he’d sort that. Plug socket slightly loose in end bedroom.

• Mark (10/5): Great experience in an excellent location - The apartment was ideal for our requirements. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed and also offered great views of London city from the balcony. Communication with Mary the owner was easy and straightforward. Its a perfect location if you are visiting Abba Voyage but also for the DLR and Stratford station which means you can literally go anywhere in London by rail or tube. Excellent experience from start to finish. Honestly there was nothing to dislike.

• Gillian (5/5): Passable - Very handy for Abba Voyage, owner responded swiftly when asked questions but was disappointed overall. Some issues were a bedroom blind not working, very dirty cooker hood, microwave not working, stained bed sheet and only 2 mugs for 5 people.
• Christopher (8/5): Very good - Great apartment for a family group of 6 for an overnight stay to see Abba Voyage which was literally just around the corner. Comfortable surroundings, clean and everything you need, including towels, toiletries, tea and coffee. Fabulous view of Canary Wharf from the balcony. Lockbox easy to find with clear instructions. Plenty of shops nearby to stock up. No TV but this didn't really bother us as we were only there for one night.
• Jane (4/5): Disappointed 😞 - The location for the ABBA Voyage arena was amazing. The oven didn't work, there were 4 of us and only 2 mugs. No TV, big crack in the bathroom sink. Small bath towels no hand towels not tea towels to dry pots. Only 2 patio chairs rust and debris on the balcony. A musty smell throughout the apartment.
• Lisa (7/5): The property was a brilliant location for ABBA - Location was amazing ! The flat was clean and beds comfortable, also shower was very good! It felt warm and comfortable. Kitchen facilities also very good. The key collection for the property wasn’t good, although very good instructions from the host to get the keys,the actual arrangements with getting the keys from the key lock box was in a very poor,strange and unprofessional location. There were a few annoying things with the property- The window in one of the bedrooms would not close after opening for some air to the room, not closing the window meant it was very noisy for sleeping. Also in the same room the blind wasn’t working properly.

• Paula (8/5): Great location for Abba Voyage - Great location for Abba Voyage 2 minute walk. It felt safe, and it was a great size apartment. Comfortable beds, great price, and would stay again. Just a couple of minor things, the apartment could do with some mirrors in bedrooms, with 5 women getting ready with only one mirror in the bathroom. A few big size mugs, there are two and the other 4 are very small.

• Julie (9/5): Nothing spoilt our stay and we will definitely be back. - The owner sent clear instructions to find the lockbox. and responded quickly to questions. The property was close to the ABBA arena and easy to find, we travelled from Euston train station. There was plenty of tea and coffee and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups cutlery etc. bathroom is well stocked with toilet/bath/shower stuff and travel body lotions. The view from the balcony was lovely. The property was warm. Theres a shop close by where you can stock up with drinks and snacks. Our party was a mixed group of females aged between 22-55 and we all felt safe while we were coming and going from the apartment block.. There were 6 women in our party and only 2 mirrors - one of which was in the bathroom so misted up during showers making getting ready to go out difficult for us all as we hadnt packed mirrors, so make sure you pack your own. Theres not a great deal of night life around and the pub we found closed at 11 which was a little disappointing but nothing to do with the property. Its advisable to book a table ahead if you want to eat out prior to going to the arena - Jim and Tonic is a great bar but you need to book for that evening before 1530hrs.

• Peter (7/5): Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. - 1. I had read previous stories of how hard other people found collecting the key, I saw it as a little adventure. Looking for a key in a certain bush with a code. Not the normal way to collect a key but easy enough when you follow the instructions. 2. Location for Abba arena is fantastic, having stayed in the building before was the reason I booked to stay there again. 3. Location for Startford and shopping, only about 1 mile walk or one stop on the DLR. 4. Nice to see the every day things (washing up liquid, tea bags/coffee/sugar and other bits) left for the next person to use without spending a fortune when you arrive including shower gel and soaps etc 5. Only 2 large mugs but lots of smaller ones available 6. Plently of other plates/dishes/glasses/knifes/forks/spoons 7. Large fridge/freezer 8. The apartment was clean, light, roomy and painted white throughout. 9. Water pressure is good in the shower. 11. Beds were comfortable 12. Warm, didn't need any heating on within the apartment. It was bitter outside. Just needs the following little things to be fixed to make it a fantastic stay. 1. Add/replace the tv 2. Sort the shower head wall attachment out, I had to use string to hold the shower head in place whilst taking a shower. 3. Bedroom doors need shaving at the bottom as they both drag on the floor and make it hard to close. 4. Oven, I did get it to eventually work after about 10 mins fiddling around, please leave instructions on how it works. 5. Put mirrors in the bedrooms, only 2 mirrors in the place (Hallway and bathroom) 6. Plug socket in the bedroom nearest the bathroom, socket furthest away from door is coming away from the way when you unplug anything. 7. Towels could be alittle bit bigger. 8. Request a pizza tray 9. Needs a hand towel for bathroom 10. Re-attach door on intergrated dish washer, makes kitchen look untidy 11. Only enough frontroom seating for 4 person comfortable, 6 at a squeeze

• Joanne (7/5): Fabulous location for ABBA!! - Loved the location as it’s so close to the ABBA stadium. It couldn’t have been better! Mary was also very helpful and quick to respond to messages. It needs a deep clean and there were some maintenance issues which was a shame, as they could be rectified very quickly. A little bit of TLC needed. Only 1 medium size bath towel per person, although Mary kindly sorted this together with the bedding for the sofa bed.

Ie dishwasher door hanging off ,balcony door we couldn't open the key was in the door, just general maintenance really .one night no problem . • Anton (4/5): Ok stay for one night. - The apartment is a great location if you are going to ABBA voyage. Good rail connections to London city centre. The apartment requires a bit of tlc, or a little update. Facilities was ok. We were 4 people staying there, but there was only two mugs. The shower head didn’t stay on . One person’s got stuck in one room due to the floor boards that started to lift up. The dishwasher door needs to be fixed as it was hanging off the screws. No TV and the radiator in the living room didn’t work. No clear instructions given on day of checkout.

Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, shower hot and there were basics like tea/coffee. No TV and you had to hold the shower head.

Property was tired and previous occupants cans were still in the lounge on the floor. Window was very hard to shut in the bedroom and the matress was wet to lie on - only discovered late at night - so had to sleep on a sofa. Shower head is hand held over bath .

We were allowed to stay till 11am the following morning. Would have liked larger bath towels, a tea towel, wine glasses. Venetian blinds were a bit stained and broken, maybe something to keep the light out more?

And the living room patio doors didn't open. We contacted the host but there nothing could be done in our time there to fix anything!
• Nicky (4/5): great location but shame about everything else!!! - location was great!!!! Good communication from the lady and easy to access the property The beds were very comfortable The balcony was great The kitchen was dated and a lot of the things didn't work. The oven didn't work You couldn't open the dishwasher door to fill it Not enough cooking equipment or crockery The extractor fan had a panel missing and was dirty with lots of grease build up No plug for the kitchen sink The doors were hard to close The showerhead wouldn't stay in the holder unless wedged with something No extractor fan in bathroom The blinds in the bedrooms were useless The living room curtains need to be blackout curtains as even when closed let light in so hard to sleep Not enough seats in lounge - we brought 2 in off the balcony
• Karen (2/5): Not pleasant at all, needs an upgrade and deep clean - Location Shabby throughout, bedroom door didn’t close, kitchen awful, shower didn’t stay on holder, tv didn’t work, no information about heating, no bath mat, only used the kettle, bedroom blinds awful.
• Kathryn (10/5): excellent location for Abba Voyage - location was great and the apartment was absolutely spotless.
• Marguerite (6/5): Perfect for ABBA, and for a one night stay. - Location for the ABBA arena was brilliant, and also for the DLR. Pudding Mill Lane was a few minutes walk away. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a good shower over the bath, which might not suit everyone. The sofa bed was very comfortable. There is still a lot of building going on in the area and no good coffee shops or restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean but a little basic and the the key collection was awkward, especially as the original instructions changed while we were on the way there. There was a surprising amount of road noise in the bedrooms, even on the 8th floor! The oven didn't appear to work, it seemed that one of the knobs was broken. No bedside lockers in the second bedroom.
• Alison (8/5): Ideal location for the purpose of the stay - Location was excellent Some wear and tear but nothing that detracted from the stay.
• Sharon (8/5): ABBA weekend - It was close to the venue and enough room for us all. The kitchen was clean but dated, it needs replacing. Also food was left from previous people. Shower head wouldn't stay on properly and no extra bedding or pillows.
• Lindsey (8/5): Clean and comfortable. Ideal location for the ABBA Voyage experience. - It was in easy walking distance to the ABBA Voyage venue. Clean and comfortable for a group of 5. Met all our needs for a one night stay.
• Veronica (10/5): Perfect location for ABBA Voyage! - Excellent facilities in kitchen and bathroom. Perfect location for ABBA Voyage! No bedding was laid out for the 2 sofa beds so I had to call the host to get the access code to the storage cupboard.
