O apartamento utilizado era excelente.... com cama confortável, limpo, com um bom espaço e bem equipado. Muito embora o café seja ótimo, super variado, o espaço onde é servido é bem "estreito". Quando fomos ao café (eu, esposa e filha) estava praticamente lotado e com isso, sobra poucos espaços para se locomover. Nada que impeça desfrutar do ótimo café, mas é algo que, ao meu ver, merece atenção e pode ser melhorado.

- Patricia (6/5): Bom custo benefício, mas precisam ficar atentos a manutenção dos quartos para não perder a qualidade da hospedagem. - Quarto amplo com boa localização, funcionários gentis. Tivemos de trocar de quarto pois a pia estava entupindo, o boxe do banheiro não fechava e molhava tudo ao tomar banho e haviam retirado a ducha higiênica . Toalhas de banho super ásperas. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e fomos bem atendidos.

- Kiso (4/5): Banheiro ruim, cama ruim, localização boa - Localização e muitos restaurantes bons por perto. O número de elevadores é bom e o estacionamento também. Café da manhã é razoável. Banheiro com cheiro constante de xixi e esgoto. O tamanho do box é muito pequeno e impossível de tomar banho sem inundar o banheiro. Mesmo reclamando nada foi feito. A cama é muito dura. Quem for dormir no sofá cama vai sofrer mais ainda.

O restaurante para o café da manhã é muito, mas muito apertado mesmo. Realmente incomoda. Além de muitas vezes estar cheio e não conseguir entrar, mesmo quando vc entra é desconfortável sentar e mais ainda se servir. Também não tem chuveirinho no banheiro e quando tomava banho molhava o banheiro todo.

Les chambres étaient très confortables (seul point à améliorer : le bruit de la rue s'entendait fortement dans la chambre alors que nous étions au 8ème étage). Le personnel était serviable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner était de bonne qualité et varié. Il manquait dans la douche un flexible et cela est dommage. Même au 8ème étage nous entendions les klaxons et le bruit de rue.

- JosephBMV (10/5): Excelente hotel para alojarse. - Excelente desayuno, muy buena habitación, espaciosa, con sofa y 2 camas, ademas de que estaba bien equipada, con utencilios, platos y microhondas. Tenian servicio a la habitación, plancha. Fuera del hotel habia varios restaurantes. Todo bien.
