- Angeline (1/5): Absolute horror, please stay out of there! - Absolutely nothing. To start with the presentation - it is very deceitful as the pictures make the apartment look bigger. The self check in was a disaster. The padlock is located further from the apartment building and the PIN number we were provided with was incorrect. We had to wait until we get the property manager on the phone as we called outside their business hours (not long after 7pm), which was frustrating as when we were finally able to get them on the phone, she tried to persuade us that we got the wrong padlock. We hadn’t. She then gave us different PIN number for the padlock located next to the one described in the instructions. When we finally managed to get in the apartment, we were greeted with a horrible smell, mixture of sewage, fresh paint and apartment not being aired for a long time. Took us hours to get the place in breathing conditions. Only to realise the wifi connection was not working, which was an absolute imperative for our stay as we were both working. When we called the property manager, it was too late for them to help us, as they said they couldn’t get the service provider on the phone. We kept chasing them for an update, as the data coverage in the area was also very bad and we barely had any network on our phones and had to get out on the balcony to even make a call (so obviously working with hotspot was not an option either). Only the next day in the afternoon they finally got back to us saying that there’s nothing they can do for us and that they would refund us and bear the costs of relocation/difference in prices of properties. When we called booking.com, they denied this and said the relocation/price difference would not be covered as the requirements are not met. Considering the properties around the area were all sold out at the time, we asked the property manager if they would consider a price reduction considering the inconvenience and they agreed to it immediately, as long as we don’t write an unfavourable review.
- Robbie (10/5): Nice and Comfy - The Flat was nice and clean and as pictured. This location was perfect and near a bus stop which made it perfect to travel. Rooms were nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the shower was amazing. The only thing I did not like was when we first arrived the first lock box did not work, but it was quickly resolved. The Wifi kept going in and out which was a bust from time to time. The stove did not work so we had to use the oven and microwave to cook.
- Karin (4/5): Nice but not nice - Nicely furnished, new utensils, very comfortable. Hopefully the negatives can be sorted to improve the experience. Lock box difficult to open, terrible cellular reception, poor Wifi, TV wasn't set up to work, unpleasant foya compared to the unit, allocated parking isn't actually allocated just road parking which is far from the unit. One set of keys didn't work.
