• Sylwia (7/5): - Good location, clean, very good contact with owner. There was a heavy rain outside and water from terrace was pouring into the room. I was in December and was a bit cold inside the apartment.

• Kris (8/5): Great host & value for money - Great host & excellent value for money. Quieter area in the north of the city, but easy walking to major attractions & social areas. Clean & tidy apartment with good quality facilities. Would definitely stay again.
• Chris (7/5): Good value for money outside the tourist zone - Location is in a a very run-down area. I was initially worried about arriving late, as the atmosphere is intimidating at night. However, after spending 5 nights, I can state that the area, though dilapidated, is perfectly safe. The apartment is very comfortably, and great value for money. Eventually I came to like the location because it was just outside the touristy area to the south, and closer to much more interesting areas to the north and north west.

• Lori (8/5): Absolutely great for a budget minded travel. - This location is very easy to walk to the Acropolis and other attractions in Athens. If you want a luxury airbnb in a luxury location then you need to look elsewhere. The value for the money was excellent. Nick and George went over and above to provide all the information we needed and sent us an incredible cab for the ride back to the airport. Please tell Evan thank you. And don’t let anyone tell you the location is not safe. It was just fine to walk at night. Not much. It was good. Bedding could use some improvements. There is no tv but we didn’t care. We were barely there to watch and too tired when we got back. No coffee but they had a coffee maker. Would have been nice to have a few days worth of coffee.

The owners are incredibly helpful and nice It would be great to have an extra towel as the towels felt dirty after a couple of uses. One large bed sheet as a blanket over two single beds was odd. Two beds should have two seperate sheets

• Carlijn (8/5): The apartment was clean and located close to the center. - It was a good appartement with airco, which was just like the pictures and what we expected. It was great. The neighborhood that the appartement was located in was a bit sketchy. As a girl I felt quite unsafe and was happy my male friend was with me. For the rest was it super close to the center.

• Adam (9/5): Nice clean appartment, good value stay for athens. - The apartment was clean and secure. Fairly spacious with a nice terrace and a good kitchen. Good communication from hosts before the stay and a nice little folder with information about local restaurants and travelling around Athens inside the apartment. All said, very good value. The area the apartment was in was central and and easy walk to the restaurants area and the main sites of interest, however as previous reviews have stated the streets around where the apartment is located are run down and have drug users in the street, It didn't bother me and I was never approached by any of them but I am a big male and can see how it might make others uneasy. The street the apartment sits on is one of the larger streets and if you stick to that and walk down towards the Accropolis and the restaurants you should not really see much of it. One other thing to note, the graffiti in the area can be a bit offputting on first arrival but it is on every street, everywhere in Athens so wherever you stay it will be there.

The city center is pretty close but the neighborhood is very uncomfortable especially in the evening, we would recommend to choose the big streets and avoid walking alone in the night time
