Claire (4/5): Disappointing, expensive, will not be returning - The location was good for us as we needed to be in the centre of town, we had to wait a bit to get the keys. There room was clean, but there were only venetian blinds at the windows so was pretty light due to the street lights and as it was warm night with the windows open incredibly noisy. Unfortunately we booked late so we didn't have a huge choice, it was very expensive for what we got. The room overlooked the Commercial Road so was very noisy until about midnight, the entrance was around the corner & the room was at the top of some very steep stairs. There were some teabags & some sugar but no milk or water in the fridge which I think there should have been especially as we paid such a high price for the room, we have stayed at far cheaper places where all these were supplied including breakfast cereals etc. The overall decor of the room was cheap and not very well done, the shower room was very poorly built and finished, there was some shower gel & shampoo supplied but that may have been left over from other guests. No TV!
Michael (7/5): A nice, centrally located studio apartment with genrally good facilities. - Collecting the keys was easy, the accommodation was well located for me, there was a good amount of space and the facilities are good if looking to eat in etc. I'd have loved some complimentary coffee (there was tea etc). The bed was ok but not the most comfortable.
