• Steven (9/5): Fabulous!! - This property was ideally located to get to all attractions easily on foot. Sara recommended some nearby restaurants that were excellent also. We were travelling as 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was very spacious and all amenities were catered for. There was a mini mart and a bistro located in the same building so that was a very convenient addition The beds were extremely comfortable too Sara was a fantastic host. So friendly, approachable and helpful. We didn’t need her too much, but when we did, she was always extremely responsive Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again Nothing

• John (9/5): A nice say in all flat in walking distance from the old town. - A nice flat with nice facilites. A 15 minutes walk from Termini and Fontana di Trevi. The host was lovely and service minded. We had a wonderful week in Rome. Nothing special to not to like.
• Dazski (7/5): Very nice place but sadly for the price i would of expected more. lovely host, nice apartment. - i enjoyed meeting Sara who let us all in and gave us a good rundown on the rules. She helped with more information by writing down where a nice place to eat and drink with a contact number. sadly the downstairs shower was not working so had to shower up stairs, there was no kitchen sponges to do washing up and the iron board does not work so trying to iron our stuff was very difficult.

• Vicki (10/5): Clean and comfortable apartment, ideally located in the heart of Rome. - The apartment is ideally located close to major attractions, train station as well as shops/restaurants. Sara is a great host. She met us at the apartment and explained everything as well as let us arrive early and leave a little later. The place is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The views are magnificent and the reliable cage lift a real novelty for my daughters. Can be noisy at night with sirens and construction work but that’s what you get in the centre of a city. Washing machine on balcony a little hard to access but workable. No dryer.

• Andrew (7/5): Great location and city. - The location was good, nice bedrooms. The smell of drains from the downstairs bathroom, the stairs are a bit precarious. The access to the property is very small lift.
• Karin (7/5): Good location, nice host. Problem with the bathrooms - The location is good. The host was very friendly and even agreed to let us check in early. He also gave us a welcome gift. We really appreciate it. The bathrooms. When the showers are used at the same time, someone runs out of hot water. And if the showers on the upstairs and downstairs floors are used simultaneously, the first floor runs out of water. Also, when the showers are used, water spills out and floods the bathroom. The towels need to be replaced and more should be provided because there is no towel dryer unless the heating is turned on, and they don't have a chance to dry between one day and the next. There was always a very bad smell coming from the downstairs bathroom.

Fine faciliteter i lejligheden og en fin velkomst kurv same det mest basale (kaffe, sukker, mm) havde ikke fanget at der var en særskildt Tax betaling som viste sig at være svær at afregne da vi ikke havde kontanter. Der kunne godt have være en sofa mere - 3 personers sofa til en lejlighed med plads til 6 var i underkanten
• Rani (9/5): - The location is great. It's also clean and has a complete kitchen with microwave and washing machine. The soap provided was a 2-in-1 with shampoo, so we need to buy shampoo.
• Mike (10/5): Great place to stay. - Loved the elevator and the view. Sara did a great job with reviewing the area map and reccomending places to eat all over Rome. Very clean and we had everything we needed. Nothing, well maybe a blanket in the bedrooms would be nice. Other than that it was the perfect place to stay. Crazy we have to write more when there is nothing else to say.

The facilities really gave us so much room to cater for our 3 teenagers needs. - It was spacious for a family of 5 , excellent bathroom facilities and with almost everything we needed. The host was so friendly and contactable, even leaving us a welcome basket. It is a very noisy city area, across the road from a late night noisy pub (which we did visit and it was fabulous !) It was more the constant sirens and street noise that was more noticeable than we expected.

• Carolina (9/5): Recommend, would stay again! - Location is great, house is big and with lots of natural light. Beds were comfortable. Having one of the bathrooms with two showers ended up being super useful, as it allowed us to get ready faster in the morning. When we checked in there was a basket with some wine and crackers, which was a really nice touch. Communication with Sara was perfect, she is a lovely host! The elevator in the building is very old and tiny (fits 2/3 people each time), but does the work. House has some signs of use here and there, but overall it was good value for the money and I would stay again!
