- Jozef (1/5): - The apartment was spacious. The floor was extremely unclean and sticky and the host described it as a minor issue. However, they acknowledged the issue and will make sure to improve the cleaning.
The host required a payment of a 4 figure security bond through an external platform in order to make the check-in possible, which was time consuming due to small technical issues.
The security bond was not returned and no information was given 4 days after check out, which gives the client a feeling of frustration and mistrust towards the host.
- Marisol (9/5): - Best communication with the host. I suggest to add some more useful things in the kitchen such as dish wash sponge, few condiments, coffee/tea, cooking pots/utensils etc.
- Laura (5/5): - The cleaner and the house was nice but cold bath tub was amazing The taxi wouldn't pick us up from that address that's all it seems a bit funny yeah

- Brigitte (5/5): Passable - Location Only one a/c unit in the apartment unit. Very hot during the summer. Needs portable fans . Appliances need updating . Need hangers in the wardrobes . Some hanging holds were broken. Need more than one mirror in the whole unit. And the lighting in the bathroom is weak. The garden is overgrown and needs tending. Once every 6 weeks is not enough. The driveway and parking are very very small and I scratched my car trim to get into the garage. Almost no room to move.
- Brenda (7/5): We enjoyed our stay & its convenience to our areas of need. John did some gardening to tidy it. - The property was quiet & adequetly appointed with furniture, but seating in the lounge would have been tight if 4 people were at the property. The appliances in the property worked well & in good order & generally the rooms were clean & attractive. The shower was not as clean as it should be & the bathtub had not been cleaned & dark long hair was in the tub & we are both grey headed people with short hair. The cupboards & refrigertor could have been cleaner. We expected to have neatly appointed surrounds & if the gardens were not overrun with weeds it would have looked great.
- Zoey (5/5): The property is good for a couple but no more guests as the second bedroom is not suitable at all. - The main bedroom was spacious and comfortable The second bedroom was not suitable for a couple very small queen and the mattress was cheap could feel every spring.

- Allan (9/5): Great location in McKinnon - Great location with easy access to transport. Garage suits a small car but an SUV would be a squeeze. There is ample street parking tho.
