• Melanie (7/5): It is not cheap, I was expecting more for the price - Landscaping and gardening. Open spaces and no noise. Good parking, close to groceries. Gas station and tourist attractions. Nice swimming pool Self-check in and check out is very useful For the price we paid, we were expecting to have amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. Tennis, volleyball and basketball court in very low maintenance. There was not water boiler. Washer and dryer were not working. Shower handles were broken Bedroom TV never worked and receptionist never responded to fix it. There was a blackout for about 2 hours and we never heard back from the property management team (at lead provide battery lamps!)

• Robin (7/5): Pleasant but a few things were lacking that we needed more immediate attention on. - We liked that it was kinda homey. It was decorated nicely. There were flowers on the table and throw pillows on the beds and couch. The pool was real nice and clean. We loved the balcony and the lights on the railing!! the view of the property and the place was nice and clean. Felt safe and remote. Quick answers when I tried to communicate The AC was ridiculously noisy. THE master SHOWER HEAD WAS broken/NEARLY USELESS. THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK THE ENTIRE TIME!! Should be open at least a couple of hours and it should be posted when it will be. We got all dressed for tennis, walked out there and the courts were locked and the nets were missing or on the ground, Yet, there were racquets inside the room to put the idea in our heads!! Disappointing! There was no hair dryer for styling my hair. I'm also pretty sure this place was supposed to have a washer/dryer provided also. After checking, with the person answering our texts we found out there was someone who could pick it up and return it, but we wanted to do our own. We couldn't find a laundromat, so we just went to a laundry service in town and it cost $44 for two loads and they ruined my white pants by washing with my new navy sundress. (they were streaked navy)! This place was a little far in the country for us (8+ from center), but it felt safe away from the town and would be perfect for staying for 5-7 days because of the kitchen and the sitting area, etc. We are not usually this picky, but I expect what I book a place for, especially for this price! I almost asked for a bit of a refund.
• Vega (3/5): Check -out inconvenience - The apartment location is very convenient The check-out is too early both for the apartment and the other installations. If you want to enjoy the pool you don't have a private shower .

• Brian (4/5): Disappointing - The curtains were too thin and did not block outside light. Some windows had no curtains at all. One bathroom fan did not work at all and the other one was very noisy.

• Reneta (8/5): Very good - Very quiet, beautiful garden and nice pool area. Apartment is nicely decorated, with very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The board games and kids coloring sets were a very nice touch that we enjoyed! Washer and drier are a big plus! The apartment could use some renovation work (e.g shower in master bedroom, sink drain etc. - no major negative impact on our experience but definitely something we noticed.
