- Michelle (10/5): Beautiful apartment in Prague 1 - The location was absolutely perfect for our trip! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do, and anything farther out was an easy drive or bus ride. The area felt safe, and the apartment itself was beautiful and comfortable for our family of five. Our hosts were great, quick to respond, and they met us at the apartment with the keys and showed us around. We liked opening the windows before bed to let in some cool air. It was a bit noisy then, but once we closed them at night, the only thing we could hear was the distant tram rumble, which didn’t bother us at all. We brought some food with us, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. They also left coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. Towels and linens were provided, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby too! N/A

- Julian (5/5): Poor management, lovely flat - The flat was lovely. It was in a perfect location and the apartment was clean and spacious. The management was awful!!!!The info said that their staff waiting time is 90mins. I requested to check in at 13:30 and they told me to arrive at 13:00 OR 15:00. It was already past 1pm when I checked the message so we arrived at 2:30pm. Slightly earlier than 3pm and one hour later than my requested time. When I called Wishlist, the staff who answered the phone shouted at me saying that their staff was waiting outside in the cold and was now in the hospital! He accused of not answering my Israeli phone number( which I don't have roaming so I never got). I was humiliated by the staff and it was not a good start of the trip! He should have asked whether everything was OK and whether our flight was delayed but nothing! And when the staff opened the door after 5mins and took us around the apartment, I realized he was waiting for us on the sofa ( sofa cushions were all moved to one side and he rearranged it), very comfortably unlike what the guy on the phone said to me. Why did the management lie to me like this making me feel bad in case his staff was really in the hospital. I am a guest, not his friend that he joke with. This kind of joke is not even funny! Although the apartment was lovely, they should educate their staff on hospitality (and not to joke about hospitals!)

- Jelena (10/5): Cosy, comfy and practical - We booked this place last minute because our original accommodation was awful. Our experience could not have been more different. We were welcomed on arrival, shown around the apartment and given lots of recommendations. The host was available on WhatsApp whenever we needed to ask anything. The apartment was clean, cosy, practical and the location was ideal. Lots of restaurants close by and old town is easily walkable.
- Iracema (9/5): Wonderful visit. - Beautiful older apartment with high ceilings and wood floors in a great location. We just stepped out and explored town. Nice walking distance to St. Charles Bridge, nice cafes all around. Would like a mirror in the toilet room.
- Yinsi (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in the centre, close to everything! It’s spacious and clean and has everything we needed. It’s also quiet at night which is perfect as I’m traveling with my parents here. The communication was very smooth and we were greeted by the team with warmth and welcome. Definitely recommend this place and I won’t hesitate to come back if I visit Prague again !

- Simon (8/5): Amazing stay, amazing experience, Prague is beautiful. - The person who met us was very nice and informative, explained everything and was nice. The location of the apartment was amazing, right in the center, across the corner is an English pub Londoners, great place and 1 min walk. The apt it self is really nice as well, we were 3 people and there was more then enough space. The shower isn't really good, the water turns very cold and very hot in a matter of seconds, it's hard to get a proper shower. Other then that, no complaints.

- Vuk (7/5): An OK stay in a good location - The location is quite nice, especially once you discover the shortcut through some building (although locked after about 21 and on Sundays) and you can be at the very well connected Lazarska tram station in about 3 mins. Narodni Trida tram/metro is only about 6-7 mins on foot and the part of Prague has several cool spots to eat/drink, while beeing quite close to the "center center" of Prague. It's a spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms - a shower in one and shower/tub in the other. The living room has a big dinner table and there are many amenities in the flat. One of the bathrooms has working floor heating - great during Winter! The handing over of the keys was easy and communication with the property was easy! The value in Dec 23 was one of the better for this big of a flat in this location. Some of these are dependent on your group/time of year, but these were annoyances to us: 2 sets of keys is all you get, and the flat can take on .. 5-6 people. It's extremely annoying to always coordinate who's where because of this. It would MAYBE be fine if the flat didn't need 4 (!!) different keys to get into the flat. Meaning, if you leave without a key and the downstairs door(s) are locked, someone has to come let you out... And just carrying 4 keys is also a small annoyance. For some reason there are only 3 spoons and a ton of forks. The listing says "sofa bed" in the living room, but it's not. It's a sofa. Yes, a sofa can be slept on, but it's not the same as a sofa bed. The 3rd adult on this trip did not have a great time on this sofa as it has quite big cushions that aren't made for sleeping on. Would be nice to know what you're booking. :) Heating: the guy greeting us said "you just turn it up from 0 to 1-5" - we turned it to 3, then to 4 then to 5 and none of it made any difference. The heating turned on at random times, and as we were there during winter it got chilly many times during the stay and we couldn't do anything about it. One of the bathrooms didn't have floor heating and the tiles were COLD during winter. The tub was not clean and we scrubbed it for 20-30 mins before laying in it. One of the bed sheets was washed but still had a very visible stain on it, having said that outside of these things the flat was cleaned quite well.

- Laura (10/5): We definitely enjoyed our stay at Wishlist Old Prague Residences in New Town. - Our host was personable and responsive. The accommodations met and actually exceeded expectations. Everything was tidy and clean. The location was walkable to restaurants and grocery stores and easily assessable to public transportation to reach all the wonder attractions in Prague. We were very excited to have a washer and dryer and even a dishwasher. Having a few more drinking glasses would have been nice to better be able to take advantage of the dishwasher.

- John (9/5): Great central location near shops and public transport - Nicely furnished apartment with a full kitchen available for cooking with all the pots, pans and dishes needed. There are two bathrooms which is very convenient. Clean and close to shopping and the metro. Quiet location as the apartment faced the inner courtyard. There is no elevator. It is on the 3rd floor (2nd floor European count) which is not a problem if you don't have knee problems.

All attractions are within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are also very close. In fact, you live on the main street of the city 🙃Everything was great - quick check-in, the owner is always in touch, the apartment itself has everything for a comfortable life. Very clean and good. A special bonus - two toilet rooms - just a dream for a family or group of friends
- Cheryl (10/5): Wow! Stunning Apartment and Great Location! - Slovak is a wonderful host. He greeted us at the apartment, carried our bags up the 3 flights of stairs, and then sent us a plethora of information about Prague, i.e., restaurants, bars, shopping, and things to do. Halfway through the stay, he had the apartment cleaned and brought fresh linens and towels. The apartment was quite large and beautiful. It was in a great location, close to everything. The three flights of stairs.
- Mian (7/5): Good - Nice and clean. Spacious. Great location. One of the mattresses was a bit hard for me. But may be perfect for others. The addresses in booking.com and in real was different and it caused a lot of inconvenience. Because the guests didn't have internet and were waiting at the address listed on airbnb instead of the one emailed after the booking in the confirmation message. Other than that, the location was great. The apartment was great. All good.
- Krzysztof (10/5): Absolutely wonderful. - A very stylish interior in a perfect location. Comfortable, safe, with all necessary amenities I loved the place. Some may not like creaky floorboards but that's an in-built feature of such an apartment.
