- Laila (8/5): Comfortable, clean and well equipped - The basement suite was a little unit in itself. It had a nice, well stocked kitchen, and a large fridge. The landlord had taken care to look at everything required for comfortable stay including washer and dryer. The TV had all channels including Netflix. The place was clean with a nice bathroom. The place is perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. The host had taken extra care to place fresh flowers on the table which I thought was thoughtful. Being a new neighborhood there is ongoing construction, but most of the roads were paved with easy access to the main hwy. Shopping centre is about 8mts away with some stores open until 10pm. Its family friendly neighborhood with lots of children playing on the street. Seemed safe to arrive late at night. For those who want to be close to downtown its about 20mts and University of Saskachewan about 15mts
