• Efkan (10/5): Alles war perfekt: ein liebevoll gestalteter Aufenthalt, ein hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin, und es hat uns an - Alles in allem war alles perfekt! Die Gastgeberin hat an wirklich alles gedacht, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht – man merkt, dass sie es mit Leidenschaft und Liebe macht. Sie war immer hilfsbereit, proaktiv und sehr nett und hat alles detailreich erklärt. Uns hat absolut nichts gefehlt.

Well connected to public transport and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the river. Francesca's place was comfortable, impeccably presented, exceptionally well kitted out, and very quiet although close to roads. Cannot be faulted

• Nemone (10/5): Very comfortable stay and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering the property. - Property was located out of the city centre but within walking distance, it was clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Appreciated that there was a lift to the floor. Host was fantastic with communication and really helpful by letting us check in a bit earlier and always responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our week there and would return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Only suggestion we have as we were there for a week would have been to have more tea towels, dishwasher tabs and more pegs for the washing line.

Ev ile ilgili bütün her şeyi detaylı bir şekilde anlattı. Araç için park yeri bulmamız biraz zor oldu. Ama bu bölgede genel olarak bir park problemi var.
• Jill (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Great host, lovely big, airy apartment which was very clean and had everything we needed. It's a wee bit out of town but there are bus stops nearby or it's an easy walk along the river to the city centre.

• Susan (10/5): Quite lovely - On our arrival Francesca waited at the apartment to greet us and show us how everything worked. Which was lovely as it was later than the stated check in time. To get to the centre a walk of about 30 mins you can walk along the side of the river which is only about 20m from the apartment this we found to be a good guide to find Uffizi Gallery which is quite spectacular and the centre. Francesca is an awesome host, cannot praise the lady enough, incredibly helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need including Mozzi plugs. Which Francesca put in all the rooms for us. We have been to Italy many times and this is the first that I have not been bitten alive. Amazing. Plus the apartment had a lift another bonus, after a full day. Easy to find. Taxi's from the station are very good. The transport on our morning of departure taxi did not appear, Francesca kindly showed us to the bus stop but the bus did not appear. We missed our connecting train But that was no fault of the apartment. Just a warning to give yourselves more time if you are on a schedule.

• Anca (10/5): An extraordinary apartment, as all apartments should be - Yesterday, 28.04.2025, we ended our 5-day mini vacation in Florence. It is the first time so far (and we have been on quite a few trips so far) that we have stayed in an apartment and found absolutely nothing to comment on. It is a much more spacious apartment than it looks in the pictures, very nicely furnished with good quality furniture (not only the furniture, but most of the things in the apartment are from Ikea). In the kitchen you find absolutely everything you need (or even more than you would think you need), kettle, coffee machine with capsules, but also traditional moka pot, sandwich maker, induction hob, microwave oven, normal oven, dishwasher, even a washing machine. Everything looks new, is very well maintained, the apartment is very, very clean. It is on the 1st floor, there is also an elevator available (which we did not use). It is also very close to the bus station (lines 14, 31, 32) from where you are in the center in 10 minutes. On the day of arrival, the owner (an extraordinary, very nice woman) was waiting for us to hand over the keys and give us the "instruction" of the apartment. As a nice welcome gesture (thank you very much for that) she offered us a free bottle of wine and a bottle of mineral water. If/when we return to Florence, we will definitely stay here again. We recommend this location with all our heart. I know there's always room for improvement, but at this point I really can't find anything to complain about.
• Christopher (9/5): Lovely clean and modern, fantastic host! - Host friendly and very accomodating. Clean and modern apartment. Local neighbourhood plenty of food and drink places. Nice walk into the centre along the river. Host provided a new high chair for our baby which was very much appreciated. Great amenities within the apartment. Brief but loud noises from an adjoining apartment, only audible in our room so didn't affect our child's sleep but was a slight detriment. Would stay here again despite this.

The location was perfect—within walking distance of all the main attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation. The host was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and great recommendations, making check-in and the overall experience seamless. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from clean and cozy rooms to great facilities. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting with friends or family—it made our trip even more enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again.
• Georgiana (10/5): Exceptional - we liked that it was very clean, spacious and close to the bus stations. We had hot water throughout our stay and Francesca was nice to us before we arrived because she gave us all the information to get from the airport to the accommodation. she was also very nice and on the last day because she drive us to the train station because it was raining heavily and there was a bus strike. I recommend this accommodation because it has everything you need everything was great
• Francisca (10/5): Just perfect 10/10! - Highly recommended! We received such a warm welcome at the apartment, along with clear instructions. As we say in Dutch, “it’s so clean you could eat off the floor”. that’s how spotless the apartment was. 10/10! It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. A 20-minute walk to the city center, two supermarkets just around the corner, and an amazing local coffee spot. Once again, highly recommended to stay here!
• Eremia (10/5): Exceptional - It's the best apartment I've ever rented! Incredibly clean, two generous bedrooms and a huge living room, fully equipped with everything you need in a house. The location is good, it is not right in the center but you can get to the center by taking a 15-minute walk or by bus no. 14 which has the station 2 minutes from the apartment. About the host, Francesca, you can have only good words, she helped us with any information we needed, she was waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Florence! Nothing!!!
• David (9/5): Clean modern apartment which provides a good base for visiting Florence’s attractions - Francessca responded very quickly to a few questions I had before we travelled. The apartment has recently been refurbished so everything was more or less brand new. Francessca met us when we arrived to show us where everything was and helped us book a restaurant for that evening. Everything was spotlessly clean in the apartment. My wife’s knee was bad when we were there so we couldn’t walk in to the centre but once we had found where the number 14 bus ran from we found it easy getting in and out to the main tourist attractions.
• Gillian (10/5): A great place to stay with a wonderful local coffee bar around the corner. - The apartment was lovely. The host was very kind and answered questions promptly about our arrival time etc. She sent us directions and was very helpful. The apartment was beautifully clean and tidy and we had everything that we needed. The host had kindly left bottled water and milk for us. Very near by there was a supermarket so it was a useful location. Brilliant stay thank you.

• Annette (10/5): All it all it was great. Felt safe and comfortable. Having a washer on the property was a huge plus. No need for a dryer - The property was lovely, very clean with a full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, air-conditioned and a smart tv. I would have liked to be closer to the city center but it was only a 20 minute walk. Buses were available but taxis were expensive.

• Rhonda (10/5): A Little Gem in Florence - Francesca's apartment is ideally located in a tranquil neighborhood, just slightly outside the city center, which is still within walking distance. It is conveniently close to various restaurants and markets. The apartment itself has been recently renovated, featuring a simple yet elegant decor that provides comfort. Francesca, as a host, is both responsive and gracious. We chose the location close to the Nelson Mandela Forum; however, we will choose this apartment for our next visit to Florence.
