- Ekaterina (10/5): Exceptional - I chose this place because I wanted to live near the salt lake. Walking distance to the lake is 8 minutes. Yerevan city center is 15 minutes away by taxi. The hostess is a very pleasant lady. The house is clean, beautiful design, fresh renovation, paintings on the walls, restored antique furniture. I especially liked the orthopedic mattress and bed linen. The breakfast was delicious and healthy. Fruits, eggs, coffee, Armenian lavash, very tasty jam, which the hostess made herself. House is located between two beautiful points - a salt lake where l can swim and a park with another lake where l can walk. The mystical Ararat is visible from both points.
