• Mufit (4/5): Disappointing - Close to casino and convention centre Had to walk about 10 min to pick up the keys and the couch was stained and dirty and so was the carpet. Had a number of red mark stains on couch and carpet.

• Deborah (10/5): Amazing value for money, excellent professional host, apartment and facilities 10/10 - Close proximity to gym, beach, shopping, casino, cooked barbecue food daily, So convenient. Beautiful views, peaceful and quiet. As soon as I messaged, always got a prompt reply. Our expectations were met far beyond Loved everything- my husband loved the warmth and Comfort of our bed, I love 10 blankets 😂personal preference- the only thing I didn't like, was my stay coming to an end
• Jennifer (6/5): Helpful hosts good location - Location was good. The checking in process was not super easy and the staff at the Star Alliance were really unhelpful. Not having access to parking having to park offsite made it difficult with walking with bags as the hotel would not let us drop them prior. Collecting them at 7-11 was alright but it just wasn't easy or streamline.. Apartment lacked kitchen ware, not enough glasses, no water filter in fridge, little milk for tea/coffee. Basic considering the price.

• Tamara (1/5): Poor customer service and difficult check in - Location Upon arrival the key was not left with the card at the pick up location so we could get up the elevator but had no access to the room. When the property manager was contacted they tried to gas light and lie to me and tell me the key was there the entire time (see pictures for conversation). When I went back to the pick up location the staff member there told me that someone had just come and put the key in the lock box 5 minutes before I returned! I wasnt able to check in until 4pm, an hour after initially trying to check in and being told I was at fault and had missed my first event. Very unprofessional and no accountability on the property managers side. Still pending remuneration for missed event due to being stuffed around on check in. Overly priced for drama and complete inconvenience for a special trip away.

• Tracy (9/5): Great location and apartment. Easy access to casino, and a short trip to pac fair and beach - Instructions were clear to pick up keys. Was a little confusing to find the right entrance but there was a lot of construction happening. I couldn't find a jug to make coffee?

• Nicole (10/5): The only thing I did not line was the price for parking . Over all the location was great and the units was awesome . - Location was awesome , the view was great to . Nice big apartment with every thing you needed. Location the owner had no problem answering my phone calls for my questions .
