- Dr. Wael Mohsen (1/5): This is a Scam Booking - Nothing The owner changed both the apartment and the address a day before arrival without notice or approval.
After a long trip, we went to the original Booking.com address, discovered it was wrong, and had to walk in the heat with family and luggage because the taxi left.
The replacement apartment was worse: the owner claimed the original had a water issue (which neighbors denied), didn’t meet us in person, and gave us an ultimatum after four hours—leave (no charge for first night) or stay and “might” get missing kitchen items.
We unwillingly stayed, what I have to do in the middle of the trip with the whole family !!
There was no functional kitchen: only a fridge without a freezer and a stove that had no means to be lit.
Essential appliances and supplies were missing: no microwave, no washing machine, no tissues in bathrooms or common areas, and no drinking water.
The owner promised the missing items would be delivered the next morning; those items never arrived.
Internet connectivity was unreliable, impairing work responsibilities.
The unit was extremely noisy due to lack of soundproofing and its location on a main street.
The location was inconveniently far from shops, making walking to essentials impractical.
Concerned about safety and misuse of our personal data, we’re checking out early and demand a full refund for the apartment paid for but never provided as advertised.
We might have been willing to accept all of this—but I went to the original address listed on Booking.com and spoke with the 7 building guards and surrounding 7 buildings, and none of them reported any water issues, which clearly suggests the entire story was fabricated.
Furthermore, the owner asked us to leave at 11 AM instead of noon. Actually, we left at 11:30 AM.

Only a little bit toilet paper left. Toilet bowl not clean also.

Has all the basic stuff you need, kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed -has 2 nice bedrooms with good storage space.
Internet was good during all stay with no issues encountered.
Lots of shops around for food and mall nearby. The building/ entrance not very appealing but was safe, has a door man/ kind of security all the time.
Maybe ensure towels and toilet paper as the price is not low- comparable with that of a 3 - 3.5 stars hotel.
The price is high ~ £50 per day; you would expect a lower price especially when you book for longer period
