JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. - Tania (8/5): Fijn - De locatie. Makkelijk toegang tot verschillende vormen openbaar vervoer. Het feit dat er geen echte info voorhanden is en ook geen aanspreekpunt. Het zou handig zijn als er een beknopte handleiding was. Nu moesten we zelf uitzoeken waar het vuil enzo naar toe moest.

- Ehsan (1/5): Har redan beskrivit - Det var ingenting bra med boendet. Först var inte bra behandlat med personalen. Vid incheckning skulle vara 10 på morgonen men vi har kommit klockan 17 och var fortfarande lägenheten inte färdigt, menar jag var städerskan inne i lägenhet och städer och vi väntade ute ungefär 15-20 min. Det var också insekter i lägenhet. Temperaturen ibörjan var så kalt och sedan stängde AC på natten så blev jätte varmt. Kunde inte justera på grund av justering var från centralen. Jag rekommenderar inte att hyra från det bolaget, jätte dåligt service och inte bra bemötande. Allt
- Armando (1/5): Nothing but a relaxing weekend. - The only thing that was ok ,it was the location. Everything else felt like a paid nightmare. Upon arrival you need to open several doors to get to the apartment (some times accessible, sometimes not). We managed to open the door after different tentative. From the check in time at 15:00 till 20:00 it was not possible for us to go out as a family because the door couldn't be locked so some of us were needed to stay inside for safety issues. The customer care was not able to help us, we were lucky enough to meet by the stairs the owner of the house who knew the lock code of the property. After that we were able to go out but only to discover that coming back we did not have hot water to run baths. The same thing applied or every day of our stay and the customer service informed us that no one could help us but the last day when the check out was at 10:00 am. Soo 3 days, cold showers. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and we needed to wait 15 minutes for it to be empty in order to brush our teeth, let alone our face. At the door you see that is requested to be quiet after 22:00 but around the apartment you can hear dog barks and angry neighbors who talk loud on the phone.

- Anonymous (7/5): overall, very nice stay. would definitely recommend. - much more spacious than I expected! clean and cozy feel. couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi and could not find the iron. also, getting in and out using the locked doors was long and there wasn’t anyone at reception a lot of the time.
