• Amandine (7/5): - Équipements de cuisine appréciables Attention a l'emplacement: quartiers chics d'Hambourg, peu animé. Contrairement a ce qu'il semble être sur les photos, l'appartement est peu lumineux car situé en sous-sol. La seule fenêtre qui peut être ouverte ne s'ouvre qu'en oscilo-battant, aération difficile. Présence d'humidité derrière un meuble, fuite de la cabine de douche.

• Franziska (8/5): - Support war super auch abends um 22 Uhr konnte geholfen werden danke dafür. Die Wasserpumpe war echt laut und die lüftung im Badezimmer summt die ganze Zeit auch wenn das Licht aus war.

• Patoutoue (4/5): Our experience was unfortunately disappointing. More transparency is required - The only positive note, the coffee machine was a small but much-appreciated comfort. The accommodation is located in a basement, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing, raising a real issue of transparency regarding the information provided on Booking. We also noticed the presence of insects (silverfish) and a musty smell in the bedding — the duvet was quite small, suitable at best for a young teenager.The entrance was very dirty, giving a poor first impression. Another concerning point: a €150 deposit was charged and has still not been refunded, even though the stay has ended.

• Holger (3/5): - Das Apartment liegt im Kellergeschoss und ist es sehr dunkel. Das Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, weshalb es sehr stickig war. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht zum übernachten geeignet, auch die Matratzen im übrigen sind sehr durchgelegen. Im Gegensatz dazu zeigt die Annonce eine lichtdurchflutet Wohnung, die es nicht ist; das ist höchst unerfreulich.

• Hiba (8/5): Very good - the kitchen is very well prepared, which is very practical for longer stays or someone with kids. the apartment is beautifully decorated , nice quiet location with many nice cafes in the area and not too far from U bahn station the sofa bed was not very comfortable, for the price I would expect a proper bed :( we were four and only two got to sleep comfortably. also it wasn't mentioned before booking that a safety deposit payment is a must before checking in.
• Ákos (9/5): Superb - We only stayed for 2 nights, but it was sufficiently comfortable even for the 4 of us. Excellent location, clean and well equipped. Great value for our money. It's sub ground floor, so not that sunny, but it's okay if you are sleeping in late or spend most of the time wondering in the city as we did.
• Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - great location, great welcome drinks, coffee machine, dishwasher the bed matrices were very,very soft, and pillows were extra huge and uncomfortable and also the extra bed was uncomfortable to sleep
• Ashraf (4/5): will not recommend for a family and I’l never take it again. - location and ease with the public transport parking possibility is awful and everywhere construction going on around the property. after taking that much of money and also tbe car details, I anticipated that they provide parking tickets but it was not the case.. one of the two attached beds was broken. no bedsheets were put on the mattress. The worst part is the apartment is kind of in the basement and one does not recognise about this fact from the pictures. so no fresh air and every time you or your neighbours open water tap, it makes so much noise, I guess due to the vacuum suction system for the water! my daughter was all the time scared of that noise. not at all recommended for the family and not at all worth of almost 200 euros I paid/night..
