• Samuel (8/5): - Hat alles was man braucht. Unglaublich schönes Badezimmer habe nur 49€ 1 Nacht gezahlt. Preis Leistung mehr wie zufrieden also sehr Gut. Sauberkeit so 7/10 Also absolut okay aber auch nur das. Personal war okay hatte bloß kein Klopapier in meinem Zimmer was aber gleich nach nachfragen nach 1 Minute ungelogen da war also sehr Gut. 7/10 würde ich dem Aufenthalt geben. Alles Gut

• Greg Dalwood (7/5): - The apartment was as shown & described & suitable for a solo traveler. The location is close to the main train station however the hotel is surrounded by homeless people & travellers may not feel safe after dark.

• Myriane (8/5): Mon court séjour d’une nuit s’est bien passée, mais déçu que la chambre ne venait pas avec un mini réfrigérateur, même s - L’emplacement était proche de la gare, la chambre était grande et propre. Elle ne venait pas avec un mini réfrigérateur et le distributeur de savon dans la salle de bain était brisé.

• Majid (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert im Gegenteil lieber nicht hin gehen - Die Lage ist recht gut Alles dreckig teilweise kaputt und vorallem im Bad sollte es sauber und komfortabel sein aber da war es am schlimmsten Waschbecken kaputt fällt ab ist beschmutzt mit irgendwelchen Flecken von denen ich garnicht wissen will was das war es roch nach Zigaretten sodass schon der Eintritt ins Bad ekelhaft wurde
• Jasmin (3/5): Es war sehr schmutzig und es wurden fehl versprächungen gemacht - Die Kleinigkeiten, wie: Bügeleisen, Schlappen und Kleinigkeiten im Badezimmer, gab es nicht, obwohl sie angeben, dass es sie gibt. Das Zimmer war SEHR schmutzig. Dazu kommt, dass ich beim einchecken, dass frühstück mit buchen wollte und der Herr mich das hat auch, bezahlen lassen. Am nächsten Morgen gab es kein Frühstück und die Dame an der Rezeption sagte: wir haben kein Frühstück. Es wurde mir auch vorgeschlagen, dass sie mir das Geld zurück erstatten, sie war eher ganz schnell wieder weg.
• Eric Romestant (8/5): Globalement satisfait - La chambre est bien meublée et bien insonorisée. Chambre agréable. Globalement en bon état et confortable. Frigo et bouilloire ne fonctionnaient pas. Café lyophilisé pas à mon goût. Je suis habitué au café de spécialité, ça n'a absolument rien à voir.

• Suad (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen! - Hier gibt es nichts zu lobben. Junkie viertel. Zombies stehen vor der Tür 24/7, sehr gruselig. Im Zimmer Kakerlaken gefunden, direkt am Morgen ausgeschenkt obwohl wir drei Nachte gebucht haben.

The room was not cleaned, stains near the sink, the mirror in fingertips, smelly drainage in the shower, dirty shower glass.. it was as well pretty cold, the ac was not allowing to set the temperature as per instruction. It was not worth this price, really.

• Kogovšek (2/5): Real review - To be near the Frankfurt Messe The person at the reception was completely lost — they couldn’t find our room key cards and were unable to explain the breakfast (what is offered and when). The only thing they could tell us was that breakfast has to be ordered one day in advance and costs €15.50. The mattresses in the rooms are uncomfortable, and the same goes for the pillows — one of them even had blood stains. The bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all, although I have to say the towels were fresh. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken, and some of the tiles were damaged as well. There was no kettle in the room, even though instant coffee was provided. The receptionist did not ask if we needed any help or offer any advice. In the morning, when we were leaving, there was a huge queue due to slow service. The area around the hotel is dirty. The breakfast looked very limited, and when I checked what was available, everything was already empty. The photos and reviews definitely do not match the actual condition of the hotel. The price per night is excessive — the only advantage is the proximity to the train station and the exhibition grounds.

• Wilfried (6/5): Bei besserer Wartung könnte es ein nettes günstiges Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe sein. - Die Lage zum HBF war gut, das Design generell war zeitgemäß und gut. Die Sauberkeit/Wartung ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Türrahmen im Bad waren aufgequollen, Seifenspender am Waschbecken war leer, Die Bettwäsche war gewaschen, aber leider noch etwas fleckig.

• jovan (1/5): Never Again - The only positive thing I can note that the 2 young men who were at reception when I checked-inn (I think one of them is named Muhamed) were really trying to be helpful, with in their possibilities... My room had a broken fridge, which was a problem, and it was noted it the room description that fridge is a part of the room, due to my dietary needs, this is a must for me. I want to reception immediately, but they were not allowed to move in another room, nor they provided a new mini-fridge. The hotel was not full, i checked on booking and on-line. The response given from the manager was "I can cancel and eventually I would be refunded", which I find to be a terrible way of dealing with customers, and I could use the fridge in the lobby of the hotel. I really do not see how is this good when I am in my PJ in the middle of the night. I was given a complimentary brekfast, that the next morning took 40 minutes to get, and there was only 1 other guest having breakfast !!! - 40 MIN !!! The insulting attitude of the woman in beyond comment... As for the cleanness of the room, I attach the picture of the bedding...

• Uliana (8/5): Overall, everything was excellent and I really liked my stay. Thank you very much. I would be happy to visit this hotel - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very nice that I was allowed to check in one hour earlier, and I really appreciated it. The room was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was a kettle, coffee, tea and cream in the room. It felt very thoughtful and welcoming. There was one small issue with the air conditioner, but I asked at the reception and they turned it off very quickly, so everything was solved very professionally. The only small detail was that when I entered the room, I went to the window and noticed cigarette butts in the flower boxes on the windowsill. It seemed that previous guests had smoked there, and it slightly spoiled the view. However, I informed the reception, they thanked me for letting them know and said they would take care of it.

• Ljubek (4/5): if possible avoid - The room is large and spacious. Breakfast was booked and was charged for and was not served even once. The hotel is located in a very, very questionable neighborhood. The feeling of security is very low. The staff barely speaks English.

• Jane June (9/5): Great welcome to Frankfurt - The location was near Frankfurt Hbf so it was ideal for travelling alone on my 1st visit to Frankfurt. It also has a kettle in the room which was Fantastic as the weather turned out colder than I expected. So it was great to warm up. Nothing! Staff were friendly, it was more value for money.

• Panagiotis (6/5): Poor …. - Practically only the staff is keeping it decent - The room is dirty - the shower did not work and there is nowhere to put your amenities - no water in the room to drink - location although relatively close to the center it is surrounded from junkies that although are harmless it’s sketchy . Breakfast is practically non existence - it really surprises me how on earth this hotel rate it’s self as as 4 star hotel .
• Rainer (7/5): Das Design des Blisd ist immer noch interessant, leider nicht gut gepflegt. - Eigentlich ein gutes Design im Hotel und ideale. Lage zum Hauptbahnhof und City. Leider verkommt das Hotel in den letzten Jahren. Eine Grundreinigung und viele kleine Schönheitsreparaturen würden viel helfen, um sich wohler zu fühlen. Auch die Müllbeseitigung auf dem Flachdach vor dem 1.Stock mit ruhigem Hofblick würde dazu beitragen. Schade, dass das Hotel so wenig gepflegt wird, wir waren immer wieder einmal zu Gast. Es scheint wohl ein Management Thema zu sein? Schade. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Claudio (3/5): - La camera non è male. Arredamento moderno. La doccia è molto grande. Nella camera singola il letto è abbastanza spazioso, anche se non è un letto matrimoniale. La colazione era esaurita, acqua compresa. Lo staff ha provato a contattare lo chef che non rispondeva perchè era a dormire. Visto il costo della colazione è veramente inaccettabile che il cibo sia esaurito. In camera inoltre non era presente nessun kit di benvenuto, il minibar era staccato. Ci si aspetta di meglio da una struttura di tale livello.

• Alexander (2/5): Sehr schlecht - Hotel fussläufig zu Bahnhof und Messe Liegt direkt an einer Drogenmilieu Straße. Die Ausstattung ist alt und teils defekt. Reinigung erfolgte (ich war 3 Nächte vor Ort) nur sporadisch. Frühstück mit sehr begrenzter Auswahl (als Obst nur ganze Orangen). Es gibt keine Parkplätze vor Ort. Das ganze zu einem horrenden Preis. Zusammengefasst mit das Schlechteste, was ich je erlebt habe.

Ikke bra utvalg av pålegg Rom: ikke noe sted å henge opp yttertøy / tøy. Ikke mulig å stille temperatur (låst). Dårlig (tynne) puter.

Moquette vecchia ovunque. Prezzo qualità (142 euro per una notte, senza colazione) non ragionevole. Immagino che c'era una fiera a Francoforte e dunque tutti i prezzi degli alberghi erano alti.

• Miguel (3/5): Absolutely terrible place to stay, look for another option - Almost nothing, it was a terrible stay The soap dispenser beside the washbasin was broken, there wasn't soap in the shower dispenser, the cups for the infusions were dirty, the kettle was not working and the worst thing ever, they gave me a smokers room which actually reeked! I could continue for a long time. It was the worst stay I have ever had in the whole of Europe.
• Gerhard (7/5): Nettes Hotel mit aufholbedarf - Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und Frühstücksbuffet Badwaschtisch war nicht sauber geputzt und die glasschiebetür in der Dusche dürfte schon Jahre defekt( gebrochen) sein… da hängt nur noch die schiene mit den Scherben drin. Für den doch sehr hohen Preis einer Nacht könnte man erwarten das man auch div Reparaturen durchführt und auch im Eingangsbereich die Glasscheiben putzt damit man nicht sieht wer da die letzten Jahre dagegen gelaufen ist.

The breakfast disappointed—poor selection, smoky atmosphere, and even staff shouting. The room lacked essentials, from ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs to glass cups, and the all-in-one bathroom dispenser felt basic. Overall, the experience felt bare and not up to expectations
