Lisette (6/5): - The property looks very cool and unique. Really loved the bedroom, shower and bathroom in the same room. The kitchen was well equipped and had even capsules for the coffee machine. The AC was amazing. Really appreciated the little packages with soap, shower gel and a shower cap in it. Quite close to Termini train station. The staff was always there for us and responded quickly. The apartment was very poorly cleaned, had dust and dirt on the floor and on the surfaces. Baskets in under the bathroom sink were dirty and had other people’s hair in them. Wine glasses and other tableware were not properly cleaned. Dust came out of the range hood when we first turned it on. The door was really heavy and made a loud creaking sound when opening. The batteries in the TV remote were not working. The property is a little too far away from the main sightseeings. I was expecting a higher standard for the apartment’s cleanliness and condition that would reflect the luxury status.

Geoff (8/5): Very pleasant and comfortable - Very easy to get in - particularly when compared to some other places. Hosts met me at the flat and showed me around. Was very clean and spacious. Everything was in good condition and easy to use. Made for a very comfortable stay. Good selection of eateries nearby. Slightly seedy near Termini and a reasonable walk to attractions. Mezzanine level good for short people only.
