• Wendy (7/5): - Location was great. Close to U4 and Nauschmarket. Lots of local restaurants and close to groceries. Apartment was perfect size for 3 adults. No TV. (Sometimes we would have liked to unwind before bed). Hand held shower head attachment to wall was broken.
• Sven (8/5): Gute Unterkunft im Zentrum von Wien - Schlüsselübergabe hat ohne Vermieter mit Schlüsseltresor gut geklappt. Die Informationen über die Verwendung des Tresors und des Zugangs zum Haus sind rechtzeitig mitgeteilt worden. Trotz der Lage in der Innenstadt war es nachts in den Zimmern ruhig. Zu Fuss ist die Innenstadt in ca. 25 Minuten erreichbar, zum Naschmarkt sind's ca. 10 Minuten. -

• Radu (8/5): Decent place in a nice neighbourhood at an honest price - The location is good for visiting Viena. Easy access to the city on foot, but also bus/tram/U-bahn are close by. Many nice and varied restaurants in the area. Checkin and access was very easy and straightforward, the information received from the hosts was clear and sufficient. The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, all the appliances needed for a longer stay, although cutlery and glasses are scarce (there was only one wine glass in an apartment that can host 6 people). The place was surprisingly quiet, which is a definite plus. The building does not have a lift, the flat is on the third floor of an old building, with a spiralling staircase, so access for an elderly person with mobility issues was problematic: these aspects could be mentioned in the description. Also, since no daily cleaning services are offered, providing some basic cleaning equipment, like a mop or a vacuum cleaner, would help with longer stays, especially considering the winter season.
• Kathrin (4/5): - Lage Wohnraum und Badezimmer eiskalt. Im Wohnraum funktionierte nur einer von drei Heizkörpern, der im Bad ging gar nicht und hat getropft. Insgesamt schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Badgarnitur kaputt. Die angegebene Handy Nummer war weder per WhatsApp noch SMS oder Telefon zu erreichen. Auf die Booking Nachricht bzgl der nicht funktionierenden Heizung hat sich der Vermieter erst nach 23h gemeldet und einer weiteren Erinnerung gemeldet, allerdings erfolgte keine Handlung. Auch wurde nicht darauf eingegangen, dass die Handynummer nicht funktioniert. Nach den Kommentaren vorangegangener Mieter zu urteilen, gehen die Heizkürper mindestens schon seit November nicht mehr. Gerade im Winter muss das vorher mitgeteilt werden! Auch die nicht funktionierende Handynummer wurde bereits mehrfach kommentiert und scheint Strategie zu sein.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Good location and large space - It is a good located and comfortable apartment, with large space. Disappointing bedclothes: only fitted sheet (mattress), pillowcase and what looks like a duvet cover. Not even a flat sheet. Old set of towels. Spiral stairs are not suitable for carrying heavy luggage (there’s no elevator). You can hear the noise of the next-door apartment.

• Rüdiger (5/5): - Lage, Sauberkeit, Ruhe Der Wohnraum und das Badezimmer waren kalt. Im Wohnraum funktionierte nur einer von drei Heizkörpern und der im Bad ging garnicht. Ich habe versucht jemanden über die angegebene Service-Nummer zu erreichen. Vergeblich! Unter der Nummer gab es nur eine Ansage, dass niemand zu erreichen ist. Versuchen Sie es später wieder. Ich habe dann eine Mail an die Service-Adresse von Booking geschrieben. Wir kümmern uns um ihr Anliegen in den nächsten 48 Stunden. Da waren wir wieder zu Hause und konnten uns wieder aufwärmen. • Julien (8/5): - Appartement très bien situé et agréable. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas. En arrivant dans l'appartement il n'y avait pas de chauffage, les radiateurs étaient éteints.
• Pascale (7/5): - La localisation avec des restaurants tout proche, et le centre-ville accessible à pied. Les trois chambres avaient de la literie de bonne qualité, et avoir un appartement entier est toujours un plus. Plusieurs choses nous ont un peu gêné pendant notre séjour : certains radiateurs ont cessé de fonctionner au bout de trois jours sur les 5 que nous avons passés et impossible de joindre qui que ce soit ni par sms ni par message ni via le site booking. Le numéro de téléphone ne semble pas marcher. Personne ne nous a jamais répondu. De plus la machine à laver n'était pas utilisable car quand on essayait de la raccorder au tuyau celui-ci avait une fuite. D'ailleurs le parquet était tout gondolé à cet endroit donc la fuite ne semble pas nouvelle. Il faudrait également racheter quelques couverts car il n'y a presque plus de petites cuillères. Enfin il faudrait un peu plus de linge de maison car un seul torchon pour 5 jours ce n'est clairement pas suffisant. Pour finir la procédure de sortie n'indique rien d'autre que de remettre la clé dans la boîte à clé. Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour malgré ces petits désagréments.

• Danijela (8/5): - Odlična lokacija. Čist i prostran apartman. Jedino nam je smetalo kupatilo, koje se nalazi u dnevnoj sobi, tj. U trpezariji.
• Thierry (8/5): - L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé : il est proche de l'hyper centre de Vienne et une ligne de bus à deux pas (la 59a) permet de s'y rendre en une dizaine de minutes de transport. Il est entouré de nombreux restaurants et de superettes de quartiers (juste à côté ou à 5 mn à pied). L'appartement, qui est lumineux, dispose d'une grande chambre spacieuse avec un lit double et de deux chambres plus petites, avec un lit simple. Nous avons été tout à fait satisfaits de la literie. L'appartement était très propre. La cuisine-salon est très correctement équipée. La salle de bain est tout à fait assez spacieuse. L'hôte s'est montré très réactif pour régler la panne du sèche-cheveux. Cet appartement a été idéal (pour 3-4 personnes) pour visiter la ville de Vienne et nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

• Juan R. (4/5): No repetiría, no lo recomiendo. - La ubicación: A 15 minutos de la Karlsplatz por la misma calle, o un par más dando un paseo por el Naschmarkt (calle casi paralela). No se en que año se hizo la reforma, pero el mantenimiento es deficiente. No son problemas del último cliente, son defectos estructurales. Lo que nos encontramos al llegar: Una puerta principal que no cierra (hay que cerrar con llave) y que al accionar la maneta por dentro te quedas con ella en la mano; el asiento del wc roto, los tapones de los desagües en el baño están fuera de sitio y no funcionan, los desagües están parcialmente atascados, sin cortina en la ducha (aunque la barra y las anillas si que estaban); una ventana que no se puede abrir (otra maneta con la que te quedas en la mano), mueble en la cocina con agujero en una puerta, sin sábanas (sobre el colchón solo había una funda fina y semitransparente, nuestro sudor también está en ese colchón ahora). Para la propiedad todo son problemas desafortunados y menores, "los clientes en general están muy contentos con el apartamento". Todo comunicado a la propiedad por whatsapp, con fotos y videos. Llegamos un sábado, así que no se reparó nada hasta el Lunes. Se reparó la tapa del wc, se colgó una cortina de ducha, la puerta parcialmente (dos intervenciones en dos días distintos, y cuando nos marchamos todavía se caía la maneta). El primer día la propiedad ofreció una compensación económica por las molestias, pero nunca se llegó a concretar. Enhorabuena a los siguientes huéspedes, podrán disfrutar de las reparaciones que hemos forzado nosotros.
• Karen (9/5): Tranquilidad - Si, gran espacio y muy acogedor! Que fuera en el último piso y sin ascensor. Tal vez es importante avisar que será en un 4 piso!
• Marco (7/5): Appartamento medio. Sarebbe migliorabile con poco. - Bene la posizione vicina ai mezzi e comoda un po' per tutto. Locali ampi. Zona ben servita da locali, bar, supermercati. Pulito. Appartamento al 3 piano senza ascensore. C'è la vasca col doccino senza la tenda x la doccia e rende impossibile fare una doccia. Non c'è la macchina del caffè (sparita non si sa dove sia). Le stanze affacciano sulla via principale da dove sorge il sole la mattina; per i miei gusti tra luce e rumore la mattina non si riesce a dormire complici anche serramenti lasciatib andare.

• Rizwan Saqib (5/5): OK - Die Lage ist sehr gut: zentral gelegen, mit vielen Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und einer hervorragenden Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. In der Wohnung funktionierten sowohl die Waschmaschine als auch der Geschirrspüler einwandfrei. Die Betten waren OK. Die Durchlüftung in der Wohnung ist gut. Auch der Self-Service hat sehr gut funktioniert. Diverse Reparaturen im Haus sind dringend notwendig, insbesondere im WC (der WC-Sitz muss unbedingt repariert werden, ebenso die Duschgarnitur), im Badezimmer sowie an den Fenstern. Das Abflusswasser sollte überall gereinigt werden. Da die Abflüsse in der Küche und im Waschbecken mehrfach verstopft waren, musste ich selbst handeln. Es wurde ein Schlafsofa angegeben, tatsächlich handelt es sich jedoch nur um ein Sofa, das 60 cm breit und 200 cm lang ist. Ein Kleinkind unter 7 Jahren kann darauf schlafen, für Kinder über 10 Jahre ist dies jedoch sehr schwierig. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter ist leider sehr schlecht. Zwei Ventilatoren wurden versprochen, einer davon war allerdings defekt. Auch die Küchenausstattung sollte verbessert werden. Die Reinigung unter den Betten sollte ebenfalls durchgeführt werden.

• Grigorios (7/5): Good - What I didn't like was that there was no elevator to the third floor, and many times I would come back tired from my outings and had to climb all those stairs. That said, the house itself was perfectly fine
• Davtyan (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. It’s located in a quiet area with easy access to public transport. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was straightforward. Overall, a decent place for a few days in Vienna
