- Vamsidhar (5/5): Unfair room charge - There is no breakfast service available. No washer, dryer available. Charging the full room rent is unreasonable. Since I vacated the room a day earlier, I should not be charged for the day I did not stay.

The property I stayed wasn’t the property advertised on the website,Electrical Malfunctions ,NO HEAT because the host didn’t expected it to be this cold in May, Obvious smell of MOLD emitting from walls and every corner of the house,Noisy maintenance man cutting metal in the backyard while I nap from 5 hours of commute from Toronto to Ottawa. The stench was horrible. They wouldn't clean it up. Everything was untidy and very, very dirty. Who knows what it is, dirty, forget it. When I arrived at this address, I was simply shocked. - April (9/5): Happy and Content for Price - It was quiet, clean, private and suited my needs very well. My stay was for an extended yet short term, clean sheets and towels were provided during the stay. Was cooler than expected until the tiny fireplace heater was discovered but I'd also had my own layers and slippers along. This place would be great in summer with warm/hot weather outside.
- Joern (7/5): Good - The furniture was really nice and modern, aswell a big room with a really big bed We got the wrong pin code for the frontdoor, but after ringing the bell it eventually opened
- April (9/5): Thankful l was able to find the right price which fit my budget and a good good place to lay my head - I liked the level of privacy, the space which I was in was perfect for my immediate needs, not a far drive to and from where I needed to go business wise and the quietness of the neighborhood. Not really a complaint but the basement area was very cold when I arrived my first night but the bed was fantastic. There were enough blankets to have a wonderful sleep and have been very rested in my time here on location.

- Fouad (2/5): Not good, I do not recommend! - The bathroom was not clean, hair in the corners, and it the toilet wasn’t flushing. Very hard to adjust water temp in the shower, it’s earthier too hot or freezing cold. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was way too small. You have to pay a damage deposit on top of everything and it’s just an inconvenience.

- Cheryl (6/5): Once the host does fixes the place up, it will be more attractive but was accommodating in every way - Other than paying damage deposit which was returned right away; price was resonable for what I got. She was very friendly and it was quite peaceful. I had to provide own breakfast but did let me use the kitchen. Was warm through the night since she provided enough blanks. The place was very clean including sheets on bed. Quilt was nice. Had a desk to sit at and provided wifi. Had to pay damage deposit. No lights by bed. No mirror to see how I am dressed other than small one in washroom. Needs some fixing up but she just started renting rooms she said. Room was very plain...
