• Sofie (6/5): Leuk - De locatie De 2 zetelbedden waren oncomfortabel. 1 was kapot en kon er niet op slapen. Het 2de lag zeer oncomfortabel en was versleten.

• Su (8/5): Value for money for large family trip - The host has been very accommodative and helpful, assisted with luggage storage on arrival. Communication has been spontaneous and informative. Location is safe, quiet, and clean. Property is spacious. Water pressure could be better. The sofa beds were not the most comfortable.

Bad value for money - Location When I arrived at the property in late afternoon I thought I was in the wrong place … it was in a disgraceful and dirty condition with couches and beds all pulled out and obviously been slept in. Contacted person looking after booking who apologised and arranged for cleaners to come. Had to wait a further 45 mins for them and had to vacate the premises again! I felt it was still dirty. Sitting room felt like a waiting room and not at all like photos. Half eaten yogurt in fridge along with a half drunk bottle of water Bathroom in need of an overhaul and at least a good clean ! Toilet bowl stained and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Beds uncomfortably Carpets badly stained throughout. Location was very good but didn’t make up for the value I felt we didn’t get

• Hector (1/5): A draconian Stay - The only good thing about this accommodation was the location and the wifi connection. The good thing was that the connection for public transportation was decent. Another decent thing was the ironing, we advise you to change everything but that iron. Well, so far this was the worst accommodation I've stayed in so far. To begin with, we arrived before the check-in time which was at 3:00 PM, but we were advised that we would be there by 1:00 2:00 PM. We arrived at the location and the whole place was a mess upside down, the beds were undone, there was not a nice essence in the air, was a bit dusty, and the bathroom left a lot to be wished for. The whole thing was chaos, the beds were uncomfortable as hell and the bathroom was very slippery, someone could easily trip and fall and maybe damage themselves very hurtfully. Another thing was that when we left the checkout was at noon, we went around that time and saw another family coming in under the same conditions. so I hope this modus operandi gets sorted anytime, since this

• Laura (10/5): Excellent location, would book it anytime! - Really excellent location, all major places are reachable even on foot, and if you want then metro is almost next door. Many places to eat are just around the corner! Fits easily 5 persons with two bedrooms and a livingroom. Also loved that it was really quiet and really looked like on the photos. I would book again anytime! :) Just one bathroom/toilet. We had 5 people and would love to have had separate blankets for everyone.

• Arianne (7/5): Good - Location is top! 5 minutes walk to Baker Street Station and less than that to shops and restaurants. 3 groceries within a block. Truly paying for location. Kitchen has everything one needs to cook, including basic condiments, and to entertain. Furniture is not of the best quality, and the pillows need to be replaced. Other members of our party felt the beds were lumpy. Rooms in the basement where pics made them appear to be on the same level or a floor above. Quite a lot of steps for over 60s. Shower head needs to be replaced! Hard water and low water pressure.
