• Monica (6/5): Good location and parking, but not as clean as expected for the cleaning fee. - Good location and easy parking were definite positives, and the photos online give a clear sense of the common areas in the building. The apartment itself didn’t feel particularly luxurious and it felt generally unclean throughout. There were dirty utensils left in the dishwasher from a previous guest, the toilet wasn’t very clean, and there was noticeable dust in multiple areas. It gave the impression that the space hadn’t been properly cleaned between stays. We also would have preferred a top sheet on the bed rather than just the comforter, especially given the overall cleanliness of the apartment. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not somewhere we would return to.

• Cheryl (1/5): Disgustingly dirty - Nothing Our reservation was for one night. We had a late, previously arranged, check in so I didn’t see these issues until very early in the morning and it was too late for the host to rectify. They transferred a $40 credit, but I can’t even access it because I don’t have a Canadian bank. The unit was DISGUSTINGLY filthy. Dirty kitchen sponge, urine, dirt and pubic hair in and around toilet, scum in the bottom of toothbrush cup, sticky layer of dust on baseboards and toiletries cart. This isn’t just that it wasn’t well cleaned from previous guest, the amount of dusty crud shows that it NEVER gets a thorough cleaning. Though the sheets smelled clean, the mattress had an odor that came through, GROSS. “Luxury and brand new” is laughable. The nightstand drawer handles were broken and the lamp was unusable because it had a missing knob. The art work is held up with thumb tacks. There were random items neatly lined up at the kitchen table. I don’t know why it would be intentional to leave out helmet cleaner and waterproofing sprays. Trash left in balcony. Broken duster handle behind the sofa and some plastic piece (trash) on the coffee table. I sent photos to the host and they have the audacity to say that they don’t see the issues, and i exaggerated things! If this host cannot see the problems, they have no business hosting a rental. Their standards are low/non existent. Renters beware!!! Unfortunately I can only add 4 (of many) photos to this review.
• Mirko (2/5): - Good location. To call this place a luxury suite is absolutely ridiculous as is the high cleaning fee ($120) for a place as unkempt as this. That type of charge makes sense when you come into a place that feels fresh and clean but here I legitimately doubt they even cleaned it before we arrived. From the insane amount of soap scum on the shower glass, washed out towels that looked like they were over 20 years old, a table runner completely covered in stains, musky unfresh pillows, a dish sponge on the countertop that looked like it was chewed up by a dog, this place was a complete and utter disappointment. There's no care shown in this place, its way below reasonable standards and is a total ripoff. Also the check-in instructions provided said that you could park your car in the designated visitor parking spots if they were free. Lo and behold, I woke up the next morning to a $35 parking ticket. If you can't manage a basic clean before renting out to guests or even properly communicate key information about the stay, you have absolutely no business running a private rental. This place is shockingly bad.

• Ames (9/5): We had a great time and were very comfortable. - We loved the location near the light rail and the Central Fresh Market. Great view from the 14th floor balcony. If the host could include a couple of fans, that would be great - the bedrooms could get a little warm at night.

Ein Bett war nur halb bezogen und es lagen noch Krümel darin. Die Rollos sehen schick aus, verdunkeln aber fast gar nicht. Die Zimmertüren haben stark geknarzt, bis wir sie geölt haben. Ein paar Balkonmöbel wie bei einigen anderen Wohnungen im Haus wären schõn.

• Peter (8/5): Good stay in a spacious and well equipped condo. - Loved the space in the apartment and the two bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped; we lacked nothing while there. Great having a market and a Tim Hortons directly across the street. Access to covered parking was excellent too. Some of the bedding in one of the bedrooms seemed not to be laundered recently. It had an unusual smell. However we found some alternatives in a closet. After switching things out all was much better.

As this seems to be a brand new appartment, there were few minor things worth adjusting, that I reported directly to the host, hopelully all will be fixed for the next guests.

• Ilona (9/5): Superb - The only thing that I didn’t like was the entry code that was promised an hour before arrival was never sent and so I and to call and message the host upon arrival to finally get the code .
• David (10/5): Great location, modern building and super host. - The host was very responsive on using the messaging feature in Booking.com. We enjoyed the view of Waterloo from the balcony and the modern feel of the building. We had an issue with the electronic door lock from the inside and not knowing how to lock it, but the host messaged us through it and we were able to secure the door from the inside. While it's not the host's fault, the person parking beside the spot we were assigned parked very close to the line making it difficult to get into the spot. Once the person realized that there was another vehicle there, they were more considerate. With respect to the booking, maybe the cleaner could empty the canister on the vacuum cleaner (when we arrived, the vacuum was partially full).

The host was very prompt on delivering check in instructions, it made our journey so much better. The space itself is beautiful and accommodated our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 young children) perfectly for the night.

• Laura (10/5): Was a great place for our stay while in town for one night. - It was clean and quiet at night. Underground parking available with the room which is great when the weather isn’t. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a sofa that makes into a bed which I slept on and it was good. There is a full kitchen and a washer and dryer that we didn’t use but is available. Not as close to the downtown area as I thought but only a short $11 uber for four of us.
