- kieran (10/5): would highly recommend, and would happily return if needed. - considering i booked very late due to circumstances unrelated to this property/host i managed to settle very quickly into this apartment, the host was very hepful and responsive, fantastic shower facilities and pristine cleanliness, very comfortable bed and clean linen, plenty of storage space and very roomy for the price i paid N/A
- Jamie (6/5): Pleasant - The flat was well situated, warm and clean. Access up the stairs is quite narrow with a suitcase. Great pub across the road and lots of eating places locally. The only downside was no remote for the tv and a couple of things needing maintenance. Loose trim on the kitchen floor and the loose shower stay.
- Claire (5/5): Passable - Great location On arrival, the apartment had not been cleaned, or linen changed. The owner explained there had been a mix up and arranged a different apartment. Later, when we contacted them to tell them the key to the apartment was broken, we did not get a response.
- Shaun (10/5): Great value accomo in one of Londons’ best areas - Great location close to the Underground/Overground and Balham. Such good value relative to hotels in the area. Has a homely feel Nothing, was all great value for money for what I paid

- Louise (8/5): Great location! - We had a lovely weekend break here. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Balham close to pubs, cafes, restaurants & tube station. Hosts were very informative & quick to help us with any queries. We're looking forward to returning to this cosy spot!
