• Rian (8/5): Enjoyable and fun. - Spacious and in a nice area. Everything was clean and rooms were spotless. Front door to the building open a lot of the time. And trains but that can’t be helped so this is recommended for early risers.
• Maik (6/5): Muss nicht noch mal sein. - Nähe zum Alexandra palace Permanenter Hanfgeruch im Flur und durch geöffnete Fenster. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenster war alles von draußen zu hören ( Bahnnähe, nächtlicher Lärm durch Spinner mit aufgemotzten Autos).
• Nicola (7/5): Good location, price and facilities- attention required - Location is excellent- close to the train and the park. Very good coffee shop at the station and The Starting Gate pub is good for a pint. Flat was spacious with plenty of storage and everything we needed to cook ourselves. Washing machine was appreciated as were the fans as it was very hot during our stay. Flat was clean but need some attention to minor issues. One bed was very comfy - the other in the larger bedroom not so. The lounge furniture was also uncomfortable meaning we didn’t use that room. The hallway was dirty and made us feel uneasy particularly as the main door was often left open.

• Ikpeama (10/5): Excellent - Absolutely great!! Very very clean and comfortable. Didn’t expect the “many” stairs 😅 but all in all couldn’t have had a better stay.
• Rebecca (6/5): Great location but attention is needed to some issues. - The location was perfect as we were going to an event at Alexandra palace and it was only around 15 mins walk. There was a grocery store next to the apartment building, a great Indian restaurant a few doors away,also an all day breakfast cafe and a pub serving really good food 5 mins walk from the apartment right opposite Alexandra Palace Station. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated The main front door could be pushed open w8thout using the entry code which we thought was a security risk and reported it to the rental management company who replied saying they would have it looked at but we were there for 3 nights and nothing was done to rectify the problem. Also, when you enter the building , the hallway was quite shabby and hallway up the stairs was an open door and on the inside it looked as if someone had been squatting there as it was full of rubbish , old food boxes, clothes and more, This was quite off putting and especially with the front door not being secure, it made us feel a little uneasy . Inside the apartment, as I've mentioned, the bedrooms were comfortable and clean, the bathroom was clean but could do with a refresh. The kitchen was fine , except for a really strong smell of cannabis coming into the room if the window was open. Also, the lounge was not very comfortable to relax in with a very small sofa and 2 small armchairs and just a really bright strip light on the ceiling with no lamp to put on for a lower light. The same bright strip light was also in the kitchen. We still enjoyed our stay but these issues that I've mentioned really should be taken seriously and addressed. I saw other reviews before our stay saying that the toaster in the kitchen didn't work and clearly nothing has been done about this as it still wasn't working when we stayed! With some proper attention to the problems and more thought put into making the lounge more comfortable it could be perfect but at the moment it is not.

• Damian (7/5): Ideal for visiting events at Alexandra Palace - Excellent location for exhibiting at Alexandra Palace. The place itself provided all the amenities we needed - good shower room, comfortable beds, etc. As we were there for work, we only spent time there in the evenings. There is a nice pub and a good little grocery store with lots of quality food just a short walk away. Ideal for what we needed - clean, safe and warm with all the essentials and no unnecessary frills. We couldn't get the toaster to work - but we did fine with the grill in the oven instead.
• Pete (9/5): Great place - Clean tidy apartment, great location and great value. Just letting you know that the toaster doesn't work and cupboard door is loose in the bathroom. Everything else was great!
