• Bimbo (7/5): Beside the water issue, my stay was quite comfortable. - The location was super nice, close to the mall and other essential facilities There was a significant issue with water, at first I couldn't use the toilet at all because no water, it was quite uncomfortable, later when the the water started flowing, it didn't last, i couldn't take a bath at night, couldn't take a bath in the morning. Quite frustrating.

Beautiful and simplicity offering, the small touches made it top notch, the popcorn available and the sanitary and tooth brushes in the bathroom. Great job! The complex has too many residents it felt like I was in my own home that I was trying to escape. The smell of laundry being washed got me frustrated and triggered my home environment mood instead of resting mood

• Victor (10/5): The best in Rosebank - 10 out of 10. Neo is the most outstanding host and manager. And because I was a returning guest, I received a tasty and generous hamper of goodies to snack on. Thank you, I'll be back and will recommend unit without any hesitation. Regular and lengthy water outages, beyond the control of the unit owner, but extra water for basics was on hand. Thank you
• Mikolaj (1/5): Arrogant host. Listing incorrect. - Location Listing clearly states the unit has a washing machine and tumble dryer in the kitchen. Upon checking in, I realized there is neither. I contacted the host and instead of admitting the listing is incorrect and apologizing he told me if I dont like it, I should move you. The arrogance is astounding. The listing still hasn't been corrected, so despite knowing it is wrong, he will keep lying to people and try later tell them a laundromat in the building which you pay for is the same thing as having a washing machine in the unit. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Don't recommend the unit or the host.
