• Emma (9/5): Le logement était exactement ce dont on avait besoin. - Le personnel était très très agréable et prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions. La chambre était très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuné était correct. Chaque jour, à notre retour à l'hotel, on nous donnait une bouteille d'eau fraîche. C'était très appréciable. De plus, nous avons trouvé très agréable que l'hôtel se trouve proche d'une station de métro et d'un espace vert. Je ne dirais pas que c'est très grave mais la chambre que nous avions n'avait pas de fenêtre. Pour le coup, cela n'était pas si dérangeant, l'éclairage et la taille de la chambre faisait que ce n'était pas oppressant du tout. L'éventuelle humidité de la salle de bain ne se ressentait pas non plus dans la chambre.

Even though they didn’t speak English, we were able to use translators to effectively communicate. Overall, I had a great experience and definitely recommend this property!

The room itself was beautiful—spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. Everything was well maintained, and the facilities were excellent, offering both comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The design felt calming and thoughtfully put together, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. Overall, the combination of outstanding service and high-quality accommodation made this one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff were extremely professional, caring, and always ready to help. The room was very clean and well organized, and the room service was perfect. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day. I couldn't make breakfast on going to the train station and kindly got me a lunch bag. Thank you. I have never stayed in a room without a window...that's OK as I only stayed 2 nights any longer I would have a window.

El desayuno era local y rico, y todo estaba limpio. Todo bien, nos costó un poco encontrar el sitio exacto porque se entraba por un ascensor y era nuestro primer día en la zona, pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

Вкусные завтраки, у тут ваши вкусовые предпочтения, угощают вкусным кофе, есть прачечная, достаточно просто принести корзину с грязным бельём на стойку регистрации и вы получите чистое белье уже через 4 часа. Нам бесплатно повысили тип номера, в номере панорамные окна с видом на город, очень уютно, не хватает только крючков для полотенец. Станция метро Xingfu Square, достаточно просто пройти прямо со станции метро прямо через площадь, немного далековато от центра, но зато тихий район, есть несколько кафе и продуктовых магазинов. Ну и особенное спасибо Ребекка за её внимательно отношение и очень чуткий подход🩷 лучшая гостиница в Китае, в которой мы были, а были мы во многих городах!

The staff was always quick to help and accommodate our needs. Ms Rachel, the Hotel Manager, was wonderful - always helpful and gave us a lot of valuable information about what to see in Chongqing. The view from the room was simply great. We will be definitely coming back to HYGGE Hotel.

But would like to experience a beauty of Chongqing scenery. We have been looking for a property that fit us. Until we found this hotel and very impressed with services and care from all staff especially Ms. Rebecca, with her attentive services mind. It mades our trip more smooth and easy. • Thomas (10/5): Amazing hotel - Our stay in Hygge hotel was amazing. We stayed for 5 days, the room was big with an incredible view. The breakfast was so good, you can try chongquin popular noodles or dumpling soop. But if you want some bread or toast you can tell the staff beforehand and they will make it fresh for you. Most of the staff cant speak english but they are always eager to help, and nothing that a translate app cant solve. The area has lots of restaurants and tea shops. There are two subway lines nearby. Rebeca (hotel staff) speaks english and helped us during the 5days trip, and she also recommeded a whole itinerary with details of each place. She is amazing ! Special thanks to her. If we come back to chongquin, we would stay here again for sure.

• Seng (10/5): Exceptional Value and Service at HYGGE Hotel Chongqing! - We had the pleasure of staying at HYGGE Hotel from December 15-20, 2024. Initially booked for three nights, we extended our stay by two more nights due to the hotel's exceptional value for money. The hotel's location is ideal, with two major MRT stations nearby. Situated on the 7th and 8th floors of a shopping and food complex, we were spoiled for choice with over 50 restaurants within a 1-minute walk. A local spa was also conveniently located just three floors down. Our check-in experience was seamless, even at 1:30 am. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. We enjoyed the simple yet delicious Chinese breakfast, which offered a variety of options and freshly brewed coffee. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a fantastic view of the local park, courtesy of a complimentary upgrade. Another pleasant surprise was the free laundry service, which was promptly collected and returned. However, the true standout was the hotel staff. Every single member of the team was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even helped us plan a day trip to Chongqing Wulong Karst Geological Park, securing us the best deal and value. On our last day, the hotel kindly allowed us to stay in the lobby until midnight, offering complimentary drinks and snacks. Our flight back to Singapore was at 2am so this rest stop really helped us! This level of service is rare, even for a seasoned traveler like myself. In conclusion, HYGGE Hotel Chongqing exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional value, comfort, and service. Nothing! Everything was good! Only wished they had a gym! But there are parks and other activities that will burn those extra calories we put on from the feasting!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room they arranged for me was very spacious. The front desk of the hotel is excellent. They customized a travel guide for me and also recommended authentic specialty cuisine. The subway downstairs is also very convenient for travel. In short, everything is good and suitable for travel and accommodation. “
• Chehrazad (9/5): Wonderful stay, i recommend this new hotel - The stay was really great, staff was really kind and helpful despite the fact that they did not speak English. The room was clean, spacious and cosy with a great view on the place. A Little shopping mall next to the hotel with cute bakeries, coffe shop, bank etc... Free laundry was a great plus. the stay was very good, the only downside is that none of the staff speaks English so it's complicated to make yourself understood and the breakfast is a little meager when you don't eat meat in the morning, it has little choice for Westerners it is a very typical Chinese breakfast with noodles and vegetables.
