• siobhan (4/5): Mediocre, good views bad everything else. - The view was good and despite some issues they responded to emails relatively quickly Had to walk 10 mins down the road to pick up keys and was told last minute that the place closes at 10 despite telling them I cannot pick up until 10.30-11and hence was late to what I was there for in the first place. The place had also not been vacuumed or properly cleaned which is a little gross especially since cleaning is included in price.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Convenient location. AMAZING view. - Loved the view, the fact you can open up the door for fresh air and the location The bed was comfortable enough, but certainly not the most comfortable and the mattress felt cheap. For the price I would like a better mattress. The apartment kitchen also had zero supplies of any kind. It would’ve been nice to have some tea and coffee and long life milk next to the kettle like hotels and some salt, pepper and oil for basic meals.

• Ralph (4/5): You pay for my carpark which was a pain having to regularly walk 10 mins to and back which was inconveniencing. - N/A Getting keys was a nightmare, 1 1/2 hrs to get, couch terribly uncomfortable, missing cutlery, only 2 cups for coffee, unable to use dish washer because of shortage plates, cups etc, washing machine leaking water and making a huge loud noise, no broom to sweep up crumbs, no 2 keys provided, which made it very awkward and the car park entrance I could not use, only 1.95m high, I needed 2.1m high, and had to pay $120 to pay at Carpark, outside patio chair leg unsafe and not sturdy. Want to hear more I think that will do. Oh!you lift the cushion from the couch and it is filthy with lolly papers and never vacuumed.
• Keys (8/5): Good stay, host and excellent facilities! Parking tips below. - We enjoyed our stay. Helen was responsive and solved a few small problems quickly. The apartment itself is comfortable (not quite “luxury,” but lovely) and the building facilities are great — pool, BBQ, residents’ lounge, gym and sauna. Top tip for parking: use level 3 (green) or 3M (purple) and follow signs to the residents/hotel lifts, not the casino. If you’re a Star member and spend at the casino, you can have parking charges waived at the service desk. Parking weekends $60, weekly $30 per night. The conference centre is apparently $15. I’ve shared some maintenance suggestions privately with the managers that will make future stays even better. Overall, a good spot — enjoy your stay! Oh and owners… put a pod coffee machine in! 😂🙏
• David (6/5): Overall ok but not rushing back - The location is fantastic and a lovely view from the bedroom and balcony. Apartment was a good size. The key pickup and dropoff is not remotely convenient, especially as the "staff" won't let you leave your bags while you have to then return the key to the secondary location. The apartment is not luxury as advertised, standard is more fitting. The bed isn't very comfortable and the pillow, doona and linen are also pretty lacklustre. The lifts are a nightmare, it can take over 10 minutes just getting up and down. Cleanliness was ok but noticed many marks on the floor and walls that clearly hadn't been touched. The blinds in the bedroom let in light both in the evening and especially in the morning so if you're expecting hotel level blockout you'll be disappointed. Overall probably not worth the price or the tag of "luxury",, would much rather stay next door at a proper hotel for a similar price but the location was definitely fantastic and was a comfortable enough stay.
• Joshuah (7/5): Good. Felt luxurious but lacked in places - Was spacious. Was clean. Perfect size for 2 people. Modern and contemporary design. Felt nice Limited kitchen accessories. 1 pan that wasn’t non stick. Very hard to cook with. No spatula or tongs Very basic furniture and appliances and accessories for a luxury living apartment for the price.
