Guest Reviews
- David (5/5): Great first impressions, but that didn't last too long. - Location was great. House size and space was nice. A holiday stay that was priced like a 5 star, but barely scored 3.
This house has been split in half, with one living area upstairs, and another separated downstairs - the problem is that this was never designed to be like this. It doesn't have thick cement floors like a hotel or apartment block, so we had to listen to every heavy footstep from the people upstairs, and heard many of their conversations also!
Leaking showerscreens and bidet, just added to this average experience.
- Taran (3/5): -
- Elina (7/5): Quiet and convenient - Had what we needed. Easy to find and get in. No hassles generally. Travel was easy. Would consider again. Beds very soft.
Noise of people upstairs walking noticeable and acoustic privacy between rooms is limited.
- Rickard (7/5): Overall, a comfortable, well-located and spacious stay with responsive hosts. - The location was perfect for us. Very central to everything. We had ample room for 3 adults for an extended stay. The host is very responsive to messages. Consider minor tweaking of the lounge layout - maybe moving seating, either the 3 seater or 2 of the arm chairs in the other room, to in front of the TV, and/or adding a TV to the room where the sofa and chairs currently are. Also, it wasn't clear that the house was divided into 2 and that there were people staying upstairs (maybe owners?) The downstairs (where we stayed) is absolutely self contained and suited our needs but we were conscious of other people maybe wanting to enjoy shared spaces.
- Leanne (6/5): Pleasant - Very spacious property, with good sized rooms and off street parking.
However. The layout is very odd, and so made it difficult to relax. The dining table is in front of the tv, with the sofas next door. The dining room chairs are very uncomfortable, so couldn’t sit for long.
The ensuite is also very odd.
- Kylie (8/5): Very good -
- Christine (8/5): Very good - The place was very clean and spacious. All the basic necessities are there as well. Very handy. The upstairs tenants/ renters footsteps could be heard loudly.
