• Kostadinovic (8/5): - Apartman je lep, Udobni kreveti. Nije cisto pod je prljav,zavese prljave, Jedno vece nije bilo tople vode. Pritisak vode je slab.
• IRENE (8/5): Un lugar cómodo y agradable. - Es un lugar agradable y cómodo. Tiene lo necesario para la estancia.Esta limpio y bien ubicado para el transporte. Hay pequeños detalles que con poco coste pueden mejorarse. Las cortinas, las cosas básicas de la cocina(azúcar, sal, café…) Si van con carro de niños tener en cuanta que es un segundo sin ascensor.
• Alida (8/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole! - Appartamento ristrutturato molto carino, luminoso con spazi molto bene organizzati . Letti comodi. Posizione ottimale per visitare la città . Siccome il check in si svolge interamente in automatico, abbiamo riscontrato qualche difficoltà iniziale per ottenere i link con i codici per accedere alla struttura forse a causa di rallentamenti del sistema, ma si è risolto velocemente contattando il numero whatsapp che ci hanno fornito.
• Marlène (6/5): - Appartement propre, bien situé proche métro, fonctionnel manque juste une machine à café. Manque d'insonorisation, on entend tous les voisins et surtout rue très bruyante : camions poubelles...rideaux métalliques...scooter.
• Laura Isabel (10/5): Great value for money - The flat offers everything you need to have a great time in Barcelona. It has two comfy rooms and enough space to share with others. The location is also convenient and the metro station is nearby. We liked all.

• Michal (8/5): Nice apartment but… - Apartment is really cosy and safe. I did not like, that there are no keys from apartment. So you are constantly stressed about your low battery when you take photos and videos all over Barcelona. I did not like the communication, they send a lot of spam, that our enter code is not evailable eventhough we did online check in and payed tax.

• Giovanni (8/5): Bello in foto - L'appartamento è bello quasi come in foto, pulito, ricercato, curato nei particolari estetici. La metro è qualunque servizio è relativamente a portata. Alcuni difetti rilevanti: 1- gli infissi esterni sono a vetro singolo, si sente tutto all'esterno, quasi come se la.finestra fosse aperta ( feste dei vicini, camion sella spazzatura che passa nella vicina zona ecologica tra le 22.00 e le 24.00... ) 2- la funzionalità non è curata come l'estetica, soprattutto in cucina dove manca diversa strumentazione 3- la.struttura è ad accesso senza chiavi , solo con codici via web. Quando siamo arrivati mancava la corrente e abbiamo atteso prima che ci risolvessero il problema

• Marina (9/5): Welcoming host. Nice system for entering. Great location and place! Thank you very much! - The location was good, close to the subway and one of the stations. It was spacious and clean. The floor in the living room, the doors and the windows were authentic. The kitchen had everything one could ask for. Toiletries would be nice. That was the one thing missing. It would be even better if one could check in a bit earlier: maybe around 1 p.m.
• Carlo (9/5): highly recommended - The instructions were very straightforward however, the wifi from the apartment is not very strong so sometime it took a minute to open the building door. In the apartment internet was very fast The only limitation was the weak wifi to open the building door. All the rest was wonderful and internet inside the apartment was perfect. The location is magnificent
• Passang (5/5): Passable - Location was good near Metro Station. Apartment was clean. Kitchen sink was leaking when used. Main door can only be opened with internet. Loud also with closed windows. No one came for cleaning, instead we were instructed to dump the garbages upon leaving the apartment.

• Martin (8/5): Great apartment for that price - Apartment with everything that we needed. Nice locality (a lot of options). Supermarket up to 10 minutes on foot. Subway basically next to the apartment. The floor in the main room could be cleaner (there was a lot of dust - there was probably nobody for some time), but the other rooms were clean. We were surprised that we order 4 single beds but there were 2 single beds (in the first room) and 1 double bed (in the second room). That double bed could be separated, but there was no other blanket.
