- Ran (4/5): Disappointing - The location was nice I arrived in the evening and reported the next morning that there was only one small bottle of shampoo and one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. I was told more would be delivered, but nothing ever arrived. I waited, followed up, and still got nothing. It felt careless and disrespectful, especially after receiving confirmation. It’s frustrating when basic needs are ignored.
- Ilya (6/5): Good location, too tiny for 2 people - - location - newly refurbished apartment - seaview - attentive staff, quick to respond - no parking - the management gave us the wrong code for the keys, we had to call them and wait for 30 minutes to able to enter into the apartment - the room is very tiny for 2 people, barely enough space to put your suitcase and hang your clothes - the second day there was an electricity outage. It wasnt the property's fault but we had to reschedule our plans to wait for the elecrtitian and etc.
