Mit Auto gibts zum Glück die option mit Parkplatz- ohne dieser Option wäre es sehr schwierig. So weit alles super. Kaffeemaschine gehört ev. mal ausgetauscht, aber sonst gibts nichts auszusetzen.

Having access to the underground parking was extremely convenient when traveling by car. The location is excellent, just about a 10-minute walk from the city center. Nothing to mention.

Brak mydła w WC (zamiast niego było mleczko do ciała) :D

Obwohl wir unsere Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt hatten bekamen wir den Zugangscode erst mit Verspätung . Das war ärgerlich. Außerdem wurde von einer Fernbedienung für die Tiefgarage gesprochen, die wir vergeblich gesucht haben. Vielleicht sollte der generierte Willkommenstext einmal aktualisiert werden.

• Ryšardas (9/5): - Puiki vieta apsistojant nakčiai mieste. Netoli miesto centro, iki senamiesčio pėsčiomis - 10 min. Požeminiame garaže parkingas buvo didelis pliusas. Ne problema, bet reikėjo patiems užsivilkti patalynę, radome dar veikiančią džiovyklę, keli indai būtų taip pat pravertę. Bet tikrai viską atpirko ramybė ir geras susisiekimas su senamiesčiu.

Die zum Buchungszeitpunkt angepriesenen Parkplätze der Unterkunft konnten nicht gefunden werden. Wo hätten die sein sollen? Eine Baustelle direkt angrenzend, Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist aktuell eine Sackgasse ohne Parkmöglichkeiten. Die direkte Umgebung der Unterkunft dreckig und ekelig. Wir haben uns sehr unsicher gefühlt.

Mieszkanie wspaniałe dostęp bardzo łatwy otrzymaliśmy wskazówki krok po kroku jak mamy sie dostać do mieszkania jak również się z niego wydostać .Mieszkanie super położone wszędzie blisko wielka szkoda ze na tak krótko wpadliśmy dziękujemy raz jeszcze. ☺️Jedyny minus że przywitała nas burza i deszcz ale tego nikt nie jest w stanie przewidzieć . Určitě při cestě do Gratzu toto ubytování zase využiji. - Skvělé vybavení apartmánu, 13 minut chůze do centra města, parkování v podzemní garáži spojené výtahem s apartmánem je velká výhoda. Balkón s posezením je také fajn. Vstup do budovy, do apartmánu i do garáže bez problémů, od ubytování jsme dostali kódy a přesné instrukce. Mohu jen doporučit. Není nic, co by se mi nelíbilo.
• Hradil (9/5): - Skvělá poloha nedaleko centra, vítaná možnost parkování přímo v podzemní garáži. Apartmán byl čistý, příjemný a včas připravený, bonusem je balkon s výhledem do zeleně vnitrobloku. Informace o ubytování došly s předstihem několika hodin, což zvlášť oceňuji! Dobrá docházková vzdálenost na všechna zajímavá místa ve městě, zastávka městské hromadné dopravy na zámek Eggenberg ani ne 100 m od apartmánu. Byli jsme spokojení a zase se rádi vrátíme. V době naší návštěvy probíhaly na příjezdové ulici stavební práce, ale to s ubytováním přímo nesouviselo. Okna byla naštěstí do vnitrobloku.

• Dorothea (9/5): Top Ferienwohnung mit Top Lage - Top Lage zur Altstadt. Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Balkon. Küche gut eingerichtet, mit Spülmaschine. Es gab Spültaps. Auch Kaffeezubehör war vorhanden. Separates WC. Auch der Self chek in war unkompliziert. Großer Vorteil war auch der Stellplatz in der Hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Der Boden war leider etwas verdreckt und es lagen viele Haare auf dem Boden. Nachdem wir zusammengekehrt hatten, gings. Ein Staubsauger wäre da hilfreicher gewesen. Im Badezimmer wäre noch der eine oder andere Hacken hilfreich.

The new towels were still in the dryer machine, the sheets were not put on the blankets, the dishes were in the dishwasher. The owner did not respond to our particular request, we just received the automatic info message about checking in.

The apartment is clean. after a 15-hour drive, I was very disappointed to find that there was no parking space available upon our arrival — all the spaces were occupied. • Fransje (2/5): Meest essentiële (voldoende bedden) niet aanwezig en geen communicatie hierover mogelijk - Er was onvoldoende slaapplek. Er zouden twee bedbanken en één tweepersoonsbed voor totaal 5 personen zijn, maar er was maar één bedbank en één tweepersoonsbed voor totaal 4 personen. Er zaten vlekken op het beddengoed en op de muren. De vaatwasmachine en droogtrommel waren niet leeggehaald. We hebben direct contact hierover opgenomen, maar nooit enige respons ontvangen.

• Guest (5/5): - The apartment overall was not bad. However, we reserved it mainly because of its facilities, once of which was parking and being in city center. When we arrived, there was no free parking space in garage, all were occupied by other customers. I guess there is only parking space for a certain percentage of available apartments. But if it is so, it should be said so. Because we paid for this place especially because of this facility and it turns out there was no free parking for us. So tired after a long day trip, with two kids, we had to to look for other options. I tried to call to the owner of the apartment, but nobody answered. I also wrote them on Booking and untill today I didn't receive any answer. This is not how a serious business works. Beside all the problems with the parking, there were other issues. Our apartment didn't have any forks (seriously?) and when we came the dishwasher was full of dishes. I don't know how about you but I really don't like coming to a holiday apartment to clean others people stuff....

• Phuc (9/5): Trotz Unklarheiten, Graz in vollen Zügen genossen. Danke! - Ebenerdige Wohnung sehr geräumig und sehr hohe Decke. Lage zentral. Gerade Baustelle gegenüber, sodass die Garageeinfahrt/ausfahrt verengt ist. Küche hat alle Utensilien was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigen. Danke für die Geschirrspültabs. Was unklar war: In der Wäschetrommel war bei Ankunft mit Bettwäsche und Geschirrspüler befüllt. War nicht klar, ob die schon einen Waschgang gehabt haben. Anruf beim Support kam die Mailbox, da die gekennzeichneten Garagenplätze belegt waren....kein Rückruf

• Dawid (3/5): Nie polecam - Po zapłacie za pobyt zerowy kontakt z personelem. Zero pomocy. Oferują apartamenty z miejscem parkingowym a po przyjeździe na miejsce okazuje się że nie ma gdzie zaparkować bo jest tylko kilka miejsc w garażu. Nie odpowiadają na wiadomości wysłane za pomocą booking, a telefon cały czas zgłasza się pocztą głosową.
• Blaskó Péter (10/5): - Átutazóban töltöttünk itt egy éjszakát. Egyszerű volt a bejelentkezés. A lakás egy újabb építésű társasházban van, a szokásos felszereltséggel rendelkezik. A mélygarázsban parkolóhely áll rendelkezésre. A belváros kényelmes sétával elérhető. Minden rendben volt. -
• Mihaela (8/5): - Gazda nu a trimis instrucțiunile de check in nici după ce am insistat de câteva ori, nu a răspuns la mesaje sau la telefon. Nu am avut cum intră la cazare nici după câteva ore după data confirmat de check in. A trebuit să rezolvam situația cu ajutorul celor de la booking. Extrem de neplăcut sa stai in fața clădirii cu copil mic, banii plătiți în avans și să nu poți intra.

• Agnė (8/5): - Erdvūs, šviesūs, jaukiai įrengti apartamentai. Palikti indai indaplovėj.
• Iryna (9/5): - Квартира гарно обладнана технікою: пральна машинка, сушка, праска, посудомийна машина, чайник та кавова машина. Було чисто, затишна тераса, яка виходила у внутрішній дворик. Достатня кількість рушників та миючих засобів. Можливо варто змінити подушки не дуже зручні. Як рекомендацію залишаю іншим мандрівникам щодо місця розташування , бо ми не з першого разу попали. Я зайшла в поруч в лікарню, бо мене навігатор так привів. Одже апартаменти розміщені поруч з лікарнею через паркан.
