• Ronnie (1/5): First time of having a Horrible stay. - First- we got the wrong address for the property. Receipt said 604 and the message said 517. The parking situation was horrible. We had to gain access to the unit through a broken gate that was supposed to be secured; the opener was broken and we had to stay close in order to operate it. Second- The rooms, first room: it was not a good look when the first thing I see is a large dead cricket on the floor in the bathroom, the shower curtain had mildew on it (or what it appeared to be mildew), There were multiple holes in the floor that were not sealed/closed, The water pressure in the showers was very very bad like no pressure whatsoever, the bathroom shower faucet do a full 360 also affecting the pressure, the medicine cabinet was not secured, and to add more disappointment large sized cockroaches crawling around in the bathroom of course when the light is turned on. Second floor area: bathroom door handle came right off, the shower door is not secured and with handles, and the same water pressure issue like the first bathroom, old dirty mop with old water in buck causing a bad smell throughout the house, and multiple variations of stains on the couch.

• Gjmes (4/5): Disappointing - It did not meet expectations at all. From the moment we arrived, the issues began. The apartment didn’t match the photos provided on booking.com, and to make matters worse, the address given was different from the one provided by booking.com. We booked an apartment with two king beds and one queen, but upon arrival, it was one king and two queens. This led to a frustrating situation where we had to flip a coin with the other couple to decide on sleeping arrangements. The cleanliness of the apartment was also a major disappointment. Dust and dirt were visible throughout, and we even found hair and crumpled paper under the bed. My wife had to spend time cleaning up before we could even consider settling in. Additionally, the king bedroom had no curtains, so sleeping in was impossible due to the light pouring in. The beds were squeaky, which made for a restless night, and while the apartment did have two showers, only one had hot water, and even then, the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The air conditioning was another issue, completely inadequate for the size of the apartment, which made the space uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day. To add to the frustration, the TV in the living room appeared to be purely decorative, as no cables were connected. After enduring one terrible night, we decided to leave early and accept the loss. This stay was a massive disappointment, and from now on, we will be sticking to hotels. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable or enjoyable stay.

• Helen (6/5): Pleasant - Beds were comfortable No lights upstairs No toaster or kettle No water pressure in shower and not hot enough Freezer frozen up and fridge not great No where to hang towels. Not being able to get in on the correct day Sheets were really thin on the bed on the first floor No tea towels No table and chairs. No where to put clothes so we could unpack. We bought a toaster and kettle and left them in the unit.
